At Top Drawer Tutoring we take a comprehensive and individualized approach with all of our students in order to assure that each of them emerges successful in their academic endeavors. We evaluate each student’s level of understanding of the subject material, assess their individual needs and most natural learning styles, and then proceed by developing an individualized learning plan that incorporates auditory, visual, and tactile teaching techniques in the most appropriate proportions for each student. Since 2004 we have applied this methodology with hundreds of students, ranging from age 5 to 35, and have helped them all conquer their academic challenges, deepen their understanding of the subject matter, and consistently attain their scholastic goals.

Drew A.

Business Owner

Drew Abrams, owner and operator of Top Drawer Tutoring, graduated with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara with a BA in Spanish, a BA in Business/​Economics, and an emphasis in Accounting. He has worked as an academic tutor since 2004 in all subjects, however, he specializes in the areas of Spanish, economics, mathematics, writing, and English. Over the years Drew has instructed hundreds of students, ranging from age 5 to 35, and has successfully guided them all through their academic struggles, provided individualized instruction in their most challenging subjects, and helped them raise their grades by an average of 25% to 30%.
