I’m always skeptical about shopping for Attorneys online and letting the chips fall where they may. So when I got into some legal trouble, and a good friend of mine recommended H&M Law Firm, I gave it a chance.
From the moment I contacted them, I felt like my case mattered. Of course, this is their business, so why wouldn’t they make me feel that way? But it was more than then just friendly customer service. It felt like they were personally invested in making every aspect of the process simple and stress free. As a matter of fact, I left the office feeling relieved despite my circumstances.
The partners at H&M Law Firm assured me that they would take care of everything. And they delivered! Aside from the initial consultation and a few follow up phone calls, I didn’t have to do a thing. The handling of my case was prompt, professional, and effective. The outcome of my case was far better than anyone anticipated and I owe it all to H&M.

I got into a bit of legal trouble and was looking for a very good attorney to help me with my case.
I was referred to the H&M Law Firm through a friend and they met all of my expectations. My attorney was very good about getting back to me very quickly and answering all of my questions.
The retainer fee was very affordable and I was surprised at how competitive their pricing was even though they had such high ratings on Google.

I did some research on Unilocal and needed to hire the best DUI lawyer in California. I read a lot of different reviews on Unilocal that said a lot of very good things about this Law Firm I decided to go in for a consultation and I signed up on the spot. The price was very reasonable and I like the strategy that was set forth by my attorney Nema. There’s a lot of different things that I liked about the service from this firm. I liked how all of my questions are always answered very quickly and how I was involved in all aspects of my case. I especially liked the end results that Nema was able to get for me. When I got a DUI it was my first interaction with the law. I was freaking out and I was very scared and I did not know anything about what steps to take. I called the H&M law firm and they walked me through everything. Every step of the process was explained to me in detail and all of my questions were answered. I must have spoken to three other law firms in Santa Barbara and everything was very different between them and H&M. After speaking for 5 minutes on the phone with Nima I signed up. My case was eventually dropped to a Wet Reckless, and I saved a bunch of money on the fees. I am so happy with my decision to have H&M represent me. I needed to hire the best attorney in town. I was referred to Nima by my cousin whom had used his services before and thought he was great. After retaining his services Nima walked me through the blueprints of my case and followed it perfectly to a tee. I got into a bit of legal trouble and I needed to hire a good law firm as a result. I did a bunch of research online and interviewed with 3 different law firms and ended up choosing the H&M law firm. I am extremely happy with the end results. First off I was constantly updated in terms of my case. All of my questions were always answered down to a tee. Came here to visit my little brother in santa barbara had a good time but got pulled over.
I did a little bit of research and ended up calling the h&m law firm.
My attorney was nima haddadi who throughout the whole case was more than pleasant to deal with.
It was the worst timing for me to get a dui because i just got a house and my mortgage is expensive…
I told mr haddadi about my situation and he heard me out. right off the bat he started telling me about the history of the h&m law firm and why they get such good feedback.
A couple days later i met with him at green starbucks and he told me that the judge we got was very good and that he might be able to get a good deal… i honestly thought it was just some lawyer talk to make me feel better.
Mr haddadi found something that the police did wrong when they pulled me over but he didnt want to get my hopes up he said.
Anyway…long story short he got my case dismissed!
It went better than i couldve ever imagined.
I walked out that court like a new born baby feeling on top of the world.
I can not tell you how much i hope you go with this company…
Yes its a little expensive but this stuff affects your life.

I still owe this law firm a huge thank you. I am writing a good review on Unilocal,Google+ and AVVO, because of how amazing my results were.
From the start I knew that I had an uphill battle and would most likely have to do a mandatory 10 days in jail. I was emotionally prepared to do the time and face the consequences of my stupid actions. After all the facts were presented Nima was able to find a detail about my arrest that made all the evidence they collected worthless. He is such a smart, young and ambitious lawyer. I’d say we spent in total around 4 hours on the phone going over case details and answering questions. Nima is a former prosecutor and has a lot of amazing insights into why people get prosecuted. I feel like these are the insights that allowed him to get my charges dismissed.
The entire thing took about 4 months. It was 4 months of mood swings, hopeless abandon and pure ecstasy the day Nima won my motion to suppress hearing. It’s not every day that you get to meet one of the people influential people in your life, who will change your life forever. Nima has truly changed my life forever, and I doubt any other attorney could have duplicated the experience.

It was a tough decision which Attorney I was going to trust my future to. I’m glad that I went with H&M. They were very easy from the get to. The moment I signed documents with them, I felt a serious weight off my shoulders. They went after my DMV hearing, and got my license back. They had me come into the office just once, to go over all the information they have collected about my case. Everything rolled out very similar to what was said during our first phone call.
I did a bunch of AA-​like classes, and heard some of the deals that other people got. I felt bad for everyone else, I pretty much had to keep my mouth shut. The people that went with a public defender definitely got it worse, some people who got a private attorney got the same deals as a public defender. My private attorney, Nima Haddadi, was able to get everything taken off my record, gracefully too.
All in all, I think H&M was worth every dollar. They gave me serious peace of mind, and for me, it’s almost priceless, especially because I don’t live in California but I run some businesses in this state.

I was wrongfully arrested, and I really feel like the arrest should have never happened in the first place.
I was driving home from my friend’s house, yes we drank, but I wasn‘t drunk.
On my way home z police car tailed me a few miles, and eventually pulled me over.
The police officer came to the car, asked me where I was going, and if I drank… When I said that I had two beers, he told me to step out of the car. I did, and he made me walk the line, and gave me a breath test. I did the test, and it was .07. Yes, even though I was under the limit he arrested me, and brought me to the station. It was hell.
The next morning I was release from jail and found the hm firm on Unilocal.I went into their office, met with Dorsay and I explained what took place the night before. Dorsay relieved all the anxiety that I was feeling and I signed up with H and M.
My case was dismissed. I don‘t how H and M did it but I am so grateful that they did. I especially want to mention Dorsay and just shed some light on what a great attorney she is.
I recommend the H&M Law firm to everyone.

Fact of the matter is that the head lawyer in this firm was a prosecutor before going into private practice, which is HUGE. It is not easy to get a job as a DA or even as a public defender. They only hire the cream of the crop. So in my search for a good DUI attorney, it was a requirement that the person have real experience, from the inside. When negotiating a DUI case, don’t you think that a former district attorney (who know what to look for, what facts the police officer is fudging) will know how to get the best resolution. I read the review below where the guy claims he could have gotten the offer on his own. Well, of course you could have, but no one knew that going into the case. Hiring an attorney is an economic decision; just like hiring a CPA or investment adviser. Smart people do it because experience and advice are valuable.

Hired these guys off the great Unilocal reviews. Paid $ 3000 and never even met anyone from the firm. Had to suggest anything that I might need in my favor, like a personal statement about the incident, as nothing was done on their end. When all is said and done my money would have been better spent straight to the court because I could have got the same result on my own!!! They only wanted to contact me after I claimed how terrible the service was. They didn’t even contact me with information after my first court date and when i emailed them it took a day for a response. Don’t be fooled by the more then likely false ratings!!! I have it all documented for anyone who would like the proof before considering wasting their money.

So I got a DUI trying to leave zodos. I never even left the parking lot when the cops approached me. I failed my sobriety tests and blew a .18 I had no case to fight. Everyone was advising me not to get a lawyer because there’s not much they could do for me. I hired Nima anyways and he was amazing! He turned down the original offer the DA’s office gave me and had another hearing for me. He was able to reduce EVERYTHING to the bare minimum. He’s very kind, professional, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. Thank you Nima.
