Surface Solutions cleans and restores your floors back to their natural beauty using the most advanced technology in the cleaning business!

Step 1 Pre-​Treatment — We apply an eco-​friendly cleaning solution that loosens up the dirt, grime, oils, and attacks bacteria.

Step 2 Pressure — Our equipment uses high pressure water to penetrate the toughest surfaces. (Up to 3000 PSI) Heat — We use 200+ degrees of heat to clean even the toughest soil loads.

Step 3 Vacuum — Our process removes the dirty water from your floors at the same time as step 2, reducing mess, run-​off and dry time. Our goal is to leave the surface as dry as possible.

And if cleaning isn’t enough, we are the leading provider of cement and stone resurfacing services in Santa Barbara County. We use no chemicals or powders in bringing longevity to your natural stone and cement investments. From simple buffing, to complex commercial buildings, we do it all.

History

Established in 1995.

Surface Solutions was originally founded in 1995 while Charles Lester attended the University of California at Santa Barbara. The business helped support his family through his college years. After college Charles Lester went on to a career as an Environmental Consultant for large international corporations but soon found his entrepreneurial spirit calling him back to small business. Surface Solutions was then reconstructed into its current form in late 2012 and is proving to be the leading provider of cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients who protect their investments in tile & grout, stone, brick, concrete, or any form of hard surface. Our clients include the Santa Barbara Auto Group and The San Ysidro Ranch and we hope to serve YOU very soon.

Charles Drew L.

Manager

Charles Lester grew up traveling the world. He has lived in Iraq and Saudi Arabia and continues his quest to be a citizen of the world. Charles has a loving family and dog with a severe under-​bite named Riley. He also likes to watch the sunset over Santa Barbara, with his son, on his roof.
