Since moving to Santa Barbara in 2009 I noticed the huge push to install solar panels on our residences and commercial buildings. This makes complete sense except for the fact that I noticed how dirty the majority of solar units were. Being from the automotive industry I’ve seen the effects of sediment build up on glass and weatherstripping. This sediment causes the weatherstripping and glass to break down prematurely requiring replacement a lot sooner than would be needed if maintained properly. This same effect happens to solar panels and that’s what spurred me to start Solar Rx Solar Panel Cleaning. Solar Panels our not only a huge personal investment but also play a significant part in our communities energy resources.
