Memorable events for every occasion. I am a Santa Barbara Chef with more than 20 years of restaurant experience. I come to your private residence, vacation rental or wedding venue and prepare custom meals with modern flavors. I shop for seasonal ingredients at farmers markets and vendors with the freshest seafood and top quality meats. My focus is on quality, not quantity, with family events, birthdays, wine dinners, and intimate weddings. Menus are just a few suggestions out of many possibilities, have it formal or relaxed, even participate in the kitchen.

History
Established in 2008.
Chef Mattias Blom developed a taste for great cooking at an early age
while growing up in Sweden, first by tasting and cooking with his mother
in their family kitchen and later as an apprentice at local restaurants as a
teenager. For the past 20 years, he has cooked and consulted at well-known restaurants in and around the Santa Barbara area.

I have extensive experience catering for both large
and small parties. Most of the events I do are 10 – 12 people at a private residence or vacation rental.
I also put together weddings and serve as a consultant to restaurants and more.
Cooking classes and parties are also welcome.
