Wonderful glasses! Knowledgable staff! Exceptional experience. My mom even went in and got new sunglasses with me.

I have been getting my eyeglasses from Occhiali for a long time, at least 25 years. As I age and as I work with multiple computer monitors with tiny images, my vision has become increasingly problematic and demanding. The great folks at Occhiali, and especially Irwin, have been outstanding and completely understanding in resolving my problems and providing me with perfect vision. Many thanks for great eyeglasses and service.

This is a pricy place to get fine/​designer eye ware. What do you get for the (in my opinion, totally worth it) price tag?
Knowledgeable friendly service that KNOWS what looks good on you, knows how to fit glasses to your head, and will (no joke) always be there for you for the duration of the life of your glasses. One wears glasses everyday, you might as well have ones that don’t just look good, but make you look great. Occhiali can help you with this.

I came in with a broken wire and very bent frame and they fixed me up on the spot, cost free! They also told me how to get new lenses and they would put them in for free! So awesome!!! Thank you thank thank you!

I’m from out of town and broke my (expensive) reading glasses and was quite concerned. I stopped in here, fully prepared to buy a new pair if necessary. They fixed my glasses on the spot AND refused to take any payment. The young lady at the counter was so helpful. When I do need glasses and am back in Santa Barbara, this will be the first place that I come to.

The best! So friendly and helpful, I can not say enough good things about this place! Great frames by Salt, Alain Mikli, Face a Face, and more. The staff is skillful and friendly, I highly recommend Occhiali!
As an aside, I bought my frames from Wink in Boulder and going in for service was always a bit sketchy. Wink is more about selling than customer service, which they did, but they were not super happy about service. Not here! Occhiali’s staff is so friendly even if you’re not buying that day. Cute glasses too!

Excellent service, excellent products. What more can you ask for? I got a pair of Salt sunglasses on sale recently here and was impressed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

I am so over Lenscrafter now that I know what I’m missing. The people here were soo nice! I just wanted to browse because I’ve always hated the way glasses make me look. At Lenscrafters the employees have never helped me browse and if they had to help me try on more than three pairs they got annoyed. Here, the lady (I think she was one of the owners) went through all the cabinets, taking out things I liked, things she thought might look good on me, new things. Then she helped me try them on, gave me suggestions, got out even more glasses based on what I liked/​disliked. She was so helpful and even though I paid a lot for my glasses including lenses, it was totally worth it. I got a super cute pair of Paul Smith glasses, the first pair of glasses I actually ENJOY wearing and think I look cute in! And I think I’ve gone through half a dozen pairs in my life. They offer free adjustments for life, and they do them cheerfully. I saw a lady come in with a pair of sunglasses, saying «I broke them again this week!» and they fixed them and were nice about it.
Yeah, I know, I can’t get over how NICE everyone was!
It’s next to Nordstroms, across the street from a parking garage. There’s metered street parking too, but not much. Just go to the parking garage.
