As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide therapy to a select group of clients who are struggling with decisions regarding a crisis-driven adult child, due to circumstances such as drug addiction or mental illness.
My strategy-based program, Parental Centering® was created to help parents who are overly enmeshed in the life of their adult child. The program is structured to help parents who have lost track of their own life journey regain control, while remaining supportive of their child. Parents learn to be proactive and strategic, rather than reactive and emotional, as they incorporate concrete tools into decision making.

Rather, I am honored to be part of my client’s support system as they navigate through life’s challenges and life’s triumphs.
Where-you-are Therapy — As a Distance Credentialed Counselor, I am able to accommodate clients who have homes in more than one location and/or travel consistently for both business and pleasure.
