I really hate when cashiers don’t scan the products then make up there own prices. Large hill on way in and out, come from Wye road.

Let me begin by confessing my shame in feeling that writing a review about a liquor store is only slightly more respectable than reviewing a porn shop or a massage parlor. Maybe there are certain experiences which don’t need to be discussed in an open forum. But I like Hi-Time, so screw it. It’s all about the way they make me feel. I can’t walk into other liquor stores without getting a strange look from the clerks. Proprietors of most places always seem to be assessing whether or not I’m going to rob them, as if I have a weapon under my polo shirt and khakis. Ironically, this nervous look in their eyes – which is well known to me by now – is even worse when I don’t buy alcohol. For some reason, these people are most uncomfortable when I only buy water(especially Evian). But not at Hi-Time! They’re friendly, inexpensive, and offer a great selection of cold beverages. These guys are el primo!
