FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Not sure why I have to give any stars. This place is horrible. I waited 10 – 15 minutes just to pick up a package. There was 1 guy up front helping a customer with printing needs. Meanwhile there were at least 3 employees in the back offices not helping the 3 customers that needed shipping service. Whatever happened to the customer comes first? I love the USPS. I will try and stay away from this place for now on.

This place has really gone downhill since Fedex acquired Kinko’s. It seems like they have spread themselves thin and is focusing more on the shipping aspect of their business (which is absurdly expensive). I went here to print out a few large documents from a USB flash drive (pdf files). All you’re supposed to do is plug your flash drive into the console at the copier, select a file to print, specify how to print and accept charges. I’m pretty tech savy so this part was easy, albeit the console was painfully slow. The 1^st document printed out correctly. The second document printed the second half of the PDF as blank pages. And the third document printed about halfway through and then printed out an error page. I also requested a receipt printout and that didn’t happen either. So after a waste of time and quite a bit of money, I had to go to the counter for help and to try to get what I paid for. I waited around for about 5 – 10 minutes without being acknowledged and there was only 1 representative available (helping someone in the shipping department). Frustrated, I CALLED them while standing at the counter. A lady answered and I told her I’ve been waiting for assistance and she came out to help me. The only reason why I’m giving this place two stars is that the lady was very nice and printed out all my documents again. But the color printing I paid for was mediocre quality and you could see splotches of color where it shouldn’t be. Fortunately, this wasn’t presentation material, but geez printing is supposed to be their specialty.
Get your act together FedEx.

Unbelievable! I show up at 7:15 am on a Wednesday. Their sign on the door says open at 6:00 am. Yet there’s a temporary sign up saying «will return in 10 minutes». Nope they did not. No wonder they have a poor rating!!! This location sucks!!!

This place has gone downhill since the FedEx people bought it. Two people working with several people in line waiting. Slow. They don’t even acknowledge your existence. Forget this place.

Horribly slow service, employees unable to prioritize customer requests efficiently. I highly recommend using a different shipper/​printer.

The worst. Employees pay no attention. One employee was refilling the snacks and sodas while 4 people were waiting in line. That doesn’t seem like a good use of her time while customers are waiting! Avoid this place at all costs.

Poor quality waste my (bad word) time! And writing this review does not make it better

The rudest employees I have ever seen, don’t know the reasons, and I don’t want to know, because it’s my first and last time in this place, and probably all fedex.

Easily the most unhelpful group of employees I’ve ever came across in any printing business. The lot of them are blind-​followers-​of-​procedure and make no judgement calls to help the customer. They stick to their script like robots. ZERO integrity. I seriously miss Kinkos

This review pertains to FedEx shipping. The customer service rep was great, but there was only one person available to help. Waited 30 minutes before i could be helped. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait way too long. Should have more people to help during the holiday season!

I am standing at counter (alone 10 minutes) two employees ignoring me while they work on a project and shoot the shit. Use local businesses these guys don’t care!!!

The staff is friendly and nice.
I like this Kinkos cause its the only 24 hour copy place in SB.

DO NOT USE FED EX HERE!!!
I was going to this place for the last few months and recently they changed their policy about shipping any package. They would not take a box whose contents were just an ever so tiny bit loose or would not even take another box because it had a tiny dent in it. I ship packages weekly and have a perfect track record for delivering it without any damage so I know my packing is fine. It seems that they are either being very nit picky because of a new FedEx policy or just want to charge you more for their own boxes. Regardless of weather this policy changes or not I’m done with this place and will only go to the UPS stores from here on out.

Yes, when I’m standing at the counter staring at 4 employees doing nothing, I am waiting for assistance. I’m sorry that my pitiful needs are taking you away from your daydream.
Went in on the 26^th of December, to get something PDF’d or FedEx’d, which ever was cheaper, turns out next day service was the cheaper route. Had to bother an employee to get it done though. Sorry.

Excellent service on a printing order with a very tight time frame. They proofed my order and let me know about a low quality resolution photo. I was able to email a high quality replacement and they slipped it in the packet. Thanks!

I just wanted to write a positive review of Nate who was extremely friendly and accommodating through a confusing order. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to correct the order when my online order did not come out correctly. Thank you Nate!

Um. Hi. Ya, take 25 minutes, talk to your coworkers, don’t stay focused, charge me $ 16 and give me the wrong thing. NEVER AGAIN.
