Specialties
We customize our balloons/party to your style. We do standard arches (4 balloon cluster), single balloon arches, link-o-loon arches, framed arches, columns, we even make costume frames. We can do dance floors, balloon drops, clouds, garlands, and balloons with lights. We also have the big 3′ balloons. We also rent confetti canons, LED lights, mirrors, hurricanes, and voltie candles. We also like to do theme parties. We deliver/decorate from Lompoc to Ventura.

Balloon Affair is run by a mother-daughter team, and has been serving Santa Barbara since 1997.
