Wow! Brandon and Erica did a fantastic job on our wedding! They took so many great pictures of us. No only of us, but it seems like they took pics of all our 170 guests! Trying to plan a wedding from across the country DEFINITELY had its challenges, but finding Brandon and Erica was hands down the easiest decision I had to make. From our initial conversation, Brandon settled my nerves just by his easy-​going, sincere, and professional demeanor. He offered me valuable advice, didn’t make me feel pressured, and actually made me feel more excited and less overwhelmed for the big day. They were always available to talk details, and that was very important to me, especially because of the distance. Brandon and Erica showed up right on time, and were ready to work as soon as they arrived. The two are an amazing team, and that shows in their work. I received so many complements on them — not only on the day of the wedding, but on their timeless photos as well. The way they were able to orchestrate ALL of my family portraits in the timeframe we had still remains a magical mystery to me, because they were so efficient and turned out beautifully. My husband and I have never had our photos taken professionally and are usually camera shy, but they had a way of making us feel so comfortable and at ease. They were also able to shoot photos of nearly every guest, and capture moments that even I missed, so I was really happy to be able to relive the day through their lenses! I can’t believe they were able to provide so many images to me in such a short timeframe, too. They are so incredibly talented, and it’s hard to even put into words how thankful I am to have my wedding day captured by Brandon and Erica! I will treasure these photos for the rest of my life. My husband and I booked B&E Photography for our wedding, and we are so glad that we did. Not only did our pictures turn out phenomenally, but Brandon and Erica were a joy to work with — even for the camera shy like us! As a husband and wife team, they work together seamlessly and know how to put anyone at ease. Brandon was the photographer that we chose for our elopement wedding ceremony at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse, and we were so happy to work with him. He’s very easy-​going, very pleasant to work with and extremely professional.
We felt like we’d known him for a long time, and he made us feel at ease. I’m one of those people that hates having my picture taken, but never felt awkward or uptight.

When planning my intimate weddings the the Santa Barbara Courthouse, I had no doubt in my mind that Brandon and Erica had to take photos of the day. I had worked with them before when they took my senior pictures and was so impressed with their work ethic and the outcome.
My fiancé and I met with Brandon and Erica the day before we got married to walk around the premises and discover the best spots for our photos. If you have your ideas set in stone for what you have imagined for your special day, they are very adaptable and will do everything they can to bring your image to life. If need be (like in my case) they can give you suggestions on what will work best.
On your big day, you want as least stress as possible and to be surrounded by loving, positive people. Brandon and Erica are just that! They’re so fun and comfortable to work with! At the same time, they’re very professional and always make sure you’re in good lighting and have good positioning to get the perfect shot.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! My husband and I are so ecstatic about how beautiful all the photos came out and hope to work with them again one day.

My husband Jeff and I found out about Brandon & Erica through Willa Kveta who was unavailable on our wedding date. We had a few other options but after a few email communications we decided to go with B&E. N boy r we glad we chose them! Brandon was a hit with us from the moment we met him. such a charming personality! He made us all comfortable instantly and we were ready to pose n pout! Erica is his perfect partner .she took a backseat but kept giving Brandon tips and suggestions to make every pic pop! They complement each other so well. Finally the pics. they all came out so drool worthy that we had a hard time choosing the best ones! And we only had to wait 2 weeks to get them! We give B&E five stars for their professionalism, dedication and doing an awesome job with our wedding pics. Thank you for capturing our special day so beautifully!

There are no words to describe how pleased I am with Brandon & Erica. Not only were they an incredible pleasure to work with, their photos are out of this world! I hate being photographed, but they even got me to loosen up and feel comfortable for photos. And, I actually like how I look in them! One of my major regrets from my wedding is that I did not have enough time to soak in all of the details that I spent so long planning. Brandon & Erica captured every one of those details in such a beautiful way. Looking through their photos, I’ve been able to relive one of the most magical days of my life. I feel so lucky that I had no complaints about any of my vendors, they all did beautiful work. And Brandon & Erica captured every bit of that beautiful work.
I should also mention that we had a rather sudden heat wave the day of our wedding. Despite the fact that we are all dying of heat, Brandon and Erica were so patient with our family for all of the photos. I was amazed how they kept moving around to capture all the shots while the rest of us were wanting to die of heat.

Brandon & Erica were our photographers for our wedding at Bacara Resort and they did an amazing job! Not only were they very professional and talented, but they were so personable which was very much appreciated! Their work speaks for itself and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful photos they took throughout the entire day. Brandon & Erica made my husband and I feel so comfortable and added an extra enjoyment to our special day :)

My experience with B&E Photography was absolutely spectacular! We had the pleasure of working with both Brandon and Erica (I highly recommend having both of them) and had the best wedding day ever.
Reasons why they were fantastic:
1. From initial meeting their personalities clicked with my fiancé and me. It was like having friends at our wedding; they blended in naturally and interacted with guests easily. I’ve been to many other weddings where the photographers were cheesy, awkward or intrusive– Brandon and Erica were quite the opposite.
2. They captured the day from start to finish. I loved having the day captured from getting ready to finishing the night with fireworks. They captured everything from small details to huge moments in the day.
3. They were affordable and flexible with the packages they offered. Most photographers are locked into certain packages and won’t budge with what you need. You often end up with a photo book you didn’t want, or are forced to purchase a certain number of photos. I love that Brandon and Erica allowed us to customize a package that was perfect for us. I also love that you get a thumb drive with all of the edited images that they took that day.
4. They made my non-​photo loving finance comfortable and enjoy taking photos (this was an amazing feat) and made me the bride feel beautiful and confident all day. This is key in your wedding day.
I plan to hire Brandon and Erica for any other life events to come in the future. They are awesome!

Brandon photographed our intimate SB Courthouse wedding in May. He was so friendly and patient with us between taking breaks for our nine month old daughter and starting later than planned. His outgoing personality made us feel very comfortable and definitely helped to get some great shots as he often made us laugh. The quality of the photos were outstanding and I’m so happy that we found B&E Photography. I looked at so many photographers while planning our wedding and most were very expensive with mediocre photos in their portfolios. B&E Photography was more reasonably priced and worth the investment.

Brandon did an excellent job photographing our wedding at the SB Courthouse. He was extremely personable and did a great job capturing the spirit of the day. We worked great with our 4 year old son. We received our amazing photos promptly in a beautiful box. I highly recommend using Brandon!!!

If you need a photographer for any event, B&E should be your first choice every time. I cannot fully express how highly I recommend working with B&E photography!!! I worked with Brandon to capture my proposal to my girlfriend without her knowing. He did a phenomenal job, and took many pictures that she and I will cherish for the rest of our lives.
Hiring B&E:
I was proposing in Santa Barbara, and had never been there before, so I found B&E on Unilocal.I had looked at some other photographers’ work, but what I liked about B&E compared to the others I saw was that to me the pictures were done in a way that focused on capturing the moments, and focusing on the people having them, rather than being overly artistic and making some type of statement. As it turned out, I couldn’t have made a better choice. I got in touch with B&E and Brandon sent me examples of several other times he had done the exact same type of event for other guys who were proposing. I liked his work, so I decided to go ahead and hire B&E. Brandon explained to me how the process would work, answered all of my questions, and we set a date and time for the proposal. This ended up being only the start of working with Brandon.
Planning:
As I worked on choosing the location, Brandon discussed a few things with me that helped me make up my mind. Once the location was chosen, and I was in the process of communicating with people at that location to get things right, Brandon talked to them for me to help make sure we would be seated in the best possible spot for the pictures. Talk about some amazing customer service!
The proposal:
What a fantastic day that was. My girlfriend and I did a few fun things earlier in the day, before heading to the location I was going to propose. We had a few delays, so I subtly got ahold of Brandon and let him know. He said it wasn’t a problem, and we pushed the start time back a little. As my girlfriend and I were settling in at the location (Deep Sea Tasting Room in SB, highly recommend it!) I saw Brandon arrive and get set up without arousing her suspicion. Later I even got a fun picture of her smiling with him hiding in the background taking pictures of us! He took some more pictures as we did our wine tasting, and then of the proposal moment when it came. She said yes, and the photographs were beautiful. Afterwards, I introduced her to him (she was very happily surprised), we took a few nice pictures there, and then headed to the nearby beach for to take some engagement photos. Brandon was an absolute pro through the whole thing, and a really nice, friendly, and fun guy on top of it all.
The service afterwards:
I added this last little section because I was seriously impressed with the quality and speed of B&E’s work. As we were parting ways after the proposal Brandon told me that he would send us a link to the pictures in 10 days or so, and they’d mail me a flash drive soon after. We had the link to all of the pictures in 2 days, and the flash drive arrived later that week! B&E is the best!
Brandon, thank you again. You helped make it so that we will always perfectly remember that special day, and that is priceless to us.

We used B&E for our engagement shoot and wedding in Santa Barbara and couldn’t be happier.
We were on the East Coast when we first started looking for photographers and were blown away by their galleries and how kind and professional they were over the phone. They were very easy to work with from afar as we worked out details prior to arrival.
When we met in person we were even more pleased! Brandon and Erica work together so well, and complement each other’s skills. They were so friendly and encouraging to work with. Our entire family complemented them on the day of our wedding. Our photos came out better than we could have ever imagined and will be cherished forever.

We met with only one photographer prior to our wedding. We knew the second we met Brandon that B&E was the only choice for our wedding photos. Brandon was professional, very easy to talk to… it felt like we’d been good friends for years!
We hired both Brandon and his lovely wife, Erica, for six hours: this included getting-​ready photos for Derek and I at two different Santa Barbara hotels; ceremony photos from multiple vantage points in the Santa Barbara Courthouse gardens; family portraits; photos of Derek and I around the Courthouse AND at a nearby beach; and reception photos at Wine Cask Restaurant. We are so happy with our decision, and love our wedding photos tremendously.
Our wedding was small and intimate — we were able to fit all twenty-​some people around one long table at the reception — and Brandon and Erica fit right in: getting along with all of our guests, eliciting authentic, genuine smiles from everyone they photographed. Our wedding photos were absolutely beautiful, and it is due in equal part to Brandon and Erica’s experience as photographers as well as their natural charm and charisma, putting us completely at ease from the moment they arrived.
Our experience with Brandon and Erica was fun, comfortable, and resulted in outstanding images Derek and I will cherish for years to come. We could not have hired better photographers. Brandon and Erica were perfect for our wedding, and they’d be perfect for yours, too.

I am thrilled with my experience with Brandon and Erica! They were such a delight to work with front start to finish. We worked on a wedding in Montecito at a private estate for a large and detailed wedding. There were quite a few speed bumps on the wedding day (timeline and family related) that Erica and Brandon were easily able to work with. They were patient, professional and seamless in their execution. I just wish I had more weddings in Santa Barbara so that I could work with them all the time! 5 stars!!!
