Dr. Anthony Romero is a board-​certified orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience in general orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Utilizing minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques and aggressive rehabilitation protocols, he has extensive experience treating shoulder rotator cuff tears and instability, complex knee ligament and cartilage tears and a wide variety of ankle injuries. Dr. Romero is one of a limited number of orthopedic surgeons qualified to treat hip femoro-​acetabular impingement and labral tears using such techniques. While his focus is on joint preserving arthroscopic surgery, he also performs joint replacement surgery and provides comprehensive fracture care
