Wells Fargo Bank

I recently started receiving paper checks and have been cashing them at Wells Fargo. This is the first time at this location. I went in on a Friday afternoon after 2 PM.

in and out quick
great customer service
I will definitely be coming back here soon for any future work that needs to be done. I’m also referring any and all friends and family members I had a great experience here.

I have to say this bank is terrible. Customer service is SLOW, not caring if any customer is in a hurry. They are here til close and act that way by taking their time for everything. Busy ass bank and they never have more than 4 tellers. This WELLS FARGO IS A JOKE. Place needs it’s own stand up comic it’s that comical here. STAY AWAY

I’m standing in line at this Wells Fargo rightnow and I thought it was the Best thing that one of the bankers came by with a basket of lollipops and offered everyone in line one. It was so considerate of her to think of us having to wait in line until we could cash our checks. That little gesture has made this bi weekly procedure that much more pleasant. Thank you

I went in three days ago trying to cash a check. The person who welcomes the people in holding their stupid lollipops. She’s Asian very faded red. Very unprofessional dressed and Bruises all over her legs. She was extremely rude. I had picture deposited my check into my account with my phone I didn’t know then that they would hold the money till the next day which is okay by then the check was processing. But I needed the money now to pay rent She asked me to wait till tomorrow and asked to see my account balance which I showed her my checkings balance I only had 100 there after that her attitude was just horrible. She said oh no no no this check no good is trash you have to wait till tomorrow. I asked if maybe we could put a stop to the process for me to be able to cash the check that same day and get the cash. She said well no just wait I asked her to talk to a teller and said they were all busy and couldn’t waist time on me .
Worst wellsfargo I’ve ever walked into. I kinda want to switch banks.

If no stars could be given I would do that instead what kind of a bank would tell you to go to Bank of America to cash your check! I left B of A for better service and the send me back to them for service are you kidding me wtf is the matter with you people

This is the worst wells Fargo bank to go to. The wait time is crazy. I can see the trees grow an inch in one visit. I can drive to another branch and still be out a lot sooner.

I’m extremely happy with Wells Fargo as a bank. Whether it’s calling them, going in, anything. This branch was no different. I went to get a temporary check (forgot my book at home) and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Staff were extraordinarily helpful to me on a recent visit to this branch. They were efficient, courteous, and most importantly they actually care about the customers of Wells Fargo!

I’ve lost my ID and debit card in the past a couple of times due to some rough nights of drinking and have had to go into the branch to withdraw my money. This particular branch gives you the hardest time and will even threaten to not allow you access to your account without ID. After having to hassle with this place to get money out of my own account I decided to try a different branch and what do you know I was in an out within 5 minutes and had an overall better experience.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years after a HORRIBLE few years with Bank of America. Love Wells Fargo and have always found their staff helpful. This particular branch is great. The staff are friendly and work quickly, there is tons of parking and 2 ATM’s so you don’t have to wait as long.
