Muy mala atención estuve al rededor de 30min para que alguien me atendiera y nadie se digno tal parece que no les importa si uno esta interesado, pero en fin muy mala atención.

I had a great experience purchasing a used VW Golf, GTI from South Coast VW Santa Ana for my son. Both Zong and Shawn were extremely helpful. They both listened to my needs and criteria and found exactly what i was looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization to anyone looking for a new or used VW.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership & Marco was my sales advisor. The experience was first class from start to finish but buying a car consist of lots of paperwork & time. It’s a good idea to make an appt before you pop in. This dealership is busy. I’d definitely recommend friends & family & do business with them again.

We traded in the old Jetta and leased a new 2016 Passat at this dealership today. It was a nice experience. Murat Sautpayev is a very nice guy. He worked with us patiently and helped a lot! We came in yesterday for the first visit, discussed a lot and try to get the best deal. Everything went well, so we came back today and made a decision. Eventhough it took a long time to do the paperwork and waiting for the approval. Finally we got everything done! It’s a very good deal for the lease with the President’s Day sale and loyalty credit.

By the way, 2016 models do not include maintanance service any more! You need to pay for it. So sad…

I wanted to check for used Certified Pre-​Owned VW Tiguan last Sunday. While outside Shawn approached us if we need assistance. His experience and advise on different options was very helpful to me. We ended up having a test ride which further convinced us getting one

Holly was very helpful and I felt like he was on my side. He also knew the answer to every question I asked (which, from my experience with sales thus far, is very impressive!) The entire sales experience was very positive, and I was very excited to drive my car home!

I purchased a 2006 Sentra from South Coast VW and worked with Zhong Ren initially. Zhong spoke plainly wit me through their website’s chat overlay and we spoke a few times over a week as I was looking at other compact cars. I set up a ‘price change notice’ and Zhong said that he’d keep an eye out. I finally came in on their President’s Day sale weekend and asked for Zhong, though I ended up closing the deal with Marco Montero, as I ended up coming in when Zhong was out. Marco also spoke plainly with me and was helpful. One point was that /​I/​had to find the lower price, neither the ‘price change’ notification nor Zhong contacted me about the $ 200 discount and when I came in I had to show Marco where that price was on their website. Even when I found it I stumbled on it. They should get their pricing stuff figured out a bit better.
The only real downside was that the internet price was non-​negotiable. Though I still got an okay deal I don’t feel don’t feel that I got a good deal; maybe it’s just the tightwad in me. Anyway, the sticker price that the car had on it was $ 6995, the internet price was $ 5,781, sale $ 5,581.
said that this car’s suggested retail was $ 6,162 and fair purchase price of $ 5,398.
So, I feel like I paid $ 183 (+ tax) higher than I should have but it was a good deal all in all (though there is still some annoyance that they were unwilling to budge at all). That said, I was pretty close to what I wanted and we didn’t have to do any of that cheesy «I don’t know … I’m going to have to go talk to my manager» crap. I ended up buying the car in just over an hour, so that was a benefit.

Came in to look at a VW CC Sport edition. Leo Murata was able to answer all of my questions and help my wife and i purchase our new vehicle. The whole process was easy and fast and we would definitely recommend Volkswagen South Coast!

So it’s been another four months I’ve had the car and it’s been pretty awesome.
I’ve been reading up on the VW forums and apparently dealerships leaving shipping strut pucks in the GTIs and Rs was a huge issue so I lifted my car and checked it myself. The car hasn’t been driving weirdly or anything but I checked it just in case and saw no pucks.
This dealership definitely took note of the strut puck issue.
If you’re planning on getting a GTI or R, have the dealership double check or do it yourself.
The pucks, if you have any, should only be in the front.

Went here a week ago to find a good deal on a CPO Touareg. Holly, Leo, and Israel did a great job in helping me lock in a low rate and a good out the door price on the Touareg I wanted. They have been great to communicate with and I am glad I bought a car from a dealer I can trust to stand by their word and assist me if and when anything arises.

This dealership is the near my work and was here twice for factory-​recommended maintenance: the 1^st time during their renovation, and the 2^nd time, just a few days ago.
Both times, the service took longer than expected, but the overall experience with the staff has been pleasing. The service advisers seem knowledgeable and fairly harmonious; the rest of the staff hard-​working. Was particularly surprised by the politeness and friendliness by the «host”/greeter at the dealership upon arrival.
This is place is very clean and organized. Will probably come again in the future.

Previous to this we purchased a Jetta TDI wagon with Cristal and had a great experience. She was helpful an a pleasure to work with.
This time we got to work with Geoff White and it was another great experience. The whole process was seamless.
I opted for an all electric vehicle this time around and Geoff took the time to walk me through all the benefits of ownership.
It usually takes forever to purchase as car but this seem quick and easy. He walked me through the cars operation and he directed me to the maintenance area as well.
I cannot say enough good things because I have been through a few less than pleasant car buying experience and this dealership and Geoff really stand out.
Trust me when I say that I have previously worked with two other local dealerships and this is by far the best of the three.

If you must go to a VW dealer, I’d recommend South Coast even if it’s out of the way. Service is great. Been coming here for the past year and Rigo in the service department in particular is awesome.

Hello! After shopping around for a while, we were recommended to Volkswagen South Coast by my brother. He has purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My husband and I finally made the drive from Los Angeles out to Santa Ana and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.
I found the Jetta I was looking for, at a price I as completely HAPPY with! Our sales man Holly Setiadi was amazingly friendly, informative and not pushy :) Everyone was friendly and relaxed from the sales team to the financing team! This was the most relaxed car buying process I have every been through and the FASTEST may I add!

Mmm, nothing like new car AND new dealership smell. This dealership is modern, clean, and makes for a very nice atmosphere when buying or leasing a car.
We were referred to Olias Lynch, who was hands down the BEST salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I was looking at the 2016 Jetta SEL at another SoCal dealership, but they wouldn’t come close to what I was willing to pay. When we came to Olias, I told him my price and he instantly beat it with absolutely zero resistance.
I got through all the paperwork and had the keys to my new Jetta in a little over an hour from walking in, with a monthly almost $ 180 less than the previous dealership asked for. Financing dept. wasn’t pushy and had me out of there in 15 mins.
Super happy with my car, and even happier that it was such a quick, painless process. Go see Olias for exceptional service.

Man oh man… I’m sure they hate me here. My boyfriend and I were at this dealership for a loooooong time. We came in for a beautiful 2014 Jetta SE already priced below market value and I was having a hard time paying over 12k… So I stood my ground and would not budge for 3 hours! But our salesmen, Holly and Geoff, came down to a price to my liking. I am very stubborn, and I really wanted to go to another dealership to check out the same car with an extra 10k miles for only $ 800 less… Now that I think about it, that was pretty silly of me. This car was a nice blue color compared to the cheaper, champagne colored car.
Anyway… They put up with my tenacity and we got a new car at a really great price while working with really nice salesmen! Holly and Geoff have great customer service skills! We never felt like they were haggling. They know that they price their cars for well below market value. They already had a LoJack installed and worked with me to lower the price because we didn’t want a LoJack in the first place. I know now that it’s a smart investment if our car gets stolen.
The signing of the contract in the end was the easiest and most simple contract signing I have ever done for a car. They simplify it and explain everything in detail. There were no hidden fees or costs that you get at other dealerships, just basic license fee, tiny doc fee, etc. However, there was extra stuff that you can add, such as an extended maintenance package. We didn’t want to add any extras, but the finance officer, Todd, lowered the price by a few hundred bucks because he noticed our interest in it, and we just couldn’t resist that great of a deal. It will save tons of money on maintenance in the long run.
We will definitely come back to this dealer for our future purchases. Thanks for putting up with me guys!

This was my first time buying a car completely on my own which I was really nervous about but then I walked into VW South Coast and Dustin made the experience so easy and actually fun! I hadn’t done any research on dealerships. My brother had sent me good lease deals and cars he liked for me and the 2016 Tiguan was one we both agreed I would love. VW South Coast was down the street from my office so I walked in on a whim after work. The facility is brand new and so nice and welcoming. I told Dustin what I wanted and my price range and he took me to the perfect car! I felt like I was with a friend and not a salesguy. He didn’t waste my time on trying to sell me something I couldn’t afford. He definitely has a laid back personality and doesn’t pressure you but he really knows his stuff too. He explained all the features of the 2016 Tiguan and compared other crossovers I was considering.
The entire purchasing process was easy and ready to go for me when I came back in. My car was washed and detailed and ready to go home! Half the reason I went with the Tiguan was how stress free and easy Dustin and the VW South Coast team made this experience for me! Dustin introduced me to the maintenance team who were all really nice and helpful! They told me I could drop off the car and they would take me back to work so I didn’t have to wait during maintenance checks. I definitely won’t mind going in for maintenance now! VW South Coast made me feel like a person, not just a customer. Definitely recommend Dustin and the entire VW South Coast team!

I’m not a fan of car dealerships, or salesmen in general, but LEO MURATA was awesome! He was friendly and helpful as soon as he stepped out on the lot to let me test drive the 2015 Golf I was interested in. I was expecting annoying sales lines and pushy tactics but thankfully didn’t have to deal with any of that because Leo was super laid back the whole time and mostly made small talk which was actually really nice. He tracked down the exact model I was looking for with all the features I wanted and negotiated pricing with me (which is obviously the most annoying part) and let me know when my car finally came in. I was so excited I made him take a picture with me and my new Golf before I left! He was such a good sport every time I was there.
It was a bit of a drawn out process to actually negotiate pricing on the car (45 minute waits for «manager» approval) but I’m a pretty patient person, and it is what it is. So whatever. And apparently they don’t honor TrueCar or Edmunds pricing which I thought was weird but again, whatever. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time negotiating. Or not, I don’t really know, it was my first time buying a car. Maybe I’m just bad at it. :/
