Tri Le PA-​C was professional, empathetic, and a good listener with a clear insight into a patient’s medical and emotional needs. He was relaxed and interactive as he read my chart, giving the impression he had ample time to understand me and my concerns. I would absolutely recommend others to Mr. Le and feel confident he would provide the same great service he did for me.

Went for my Annual Physical exam around 4 pm and was out by 4:45pm. The Nurse/​Doctor was very good & keen at checking, not rushed. Best annual physical exam (both time and quality wise) ever in the past few years of my work life. I would recommend it for sure based on my experience.

AWFUL SERVICE. By far WORST experience I’ve had with an occupational medical group. I waited for over an hour and was told there would still be another hour to go. The others in the waiting room didn’t move at all the entire time I waited. There appeared to be very few staff members in all areas of the facility. They were unable to schedule an appointment and guarantee me quicker service. If I didn’t have to use this group for work I would NEVER attend.

Came here after having a horrible experience at OC urgent care. The wait here was two minutes, they took my insurance, and the PA was experienced to the point that I would say overqualified. He was kind and talked me through everything as he patched up my thumb. All of the staff was friendly and a few came into the exam room to chat while the PA was working on me. They even took my payment while he was working on my thumb so that I could leave immediately upon him finishing. Great experience. Knowledgeable staff and friendly.

In a business area off of Warner. It’s easy to find while driving. It’s an older building that could use a facelift. A heavy population of Mexican patients. Much smaller than the US HealthWorks off of Von Karman. But the main thing is the doctor (ortho) was helpful & explained my situation. I was given a good explanation of my situation with a follow-​up appointment in place.
