Top Finish Collision Center is located in the heart of Orange County, California just minutes away from Tustin and historic downtown Santa Ana.

Established in 1996.

Top Finish Collision Center is owned and operated by Tony and Leticia Bucio. Over the past 17 years, Tony and Leticia have built and designed one of the most innovative and reputable collision centers in all of Orange County. Open since 1996, they turned a small family-​owned auto body shop into a high-​tech collision center equipped to handle the even the most intricate and complex repairs.

Tony is a native from Uruapan Michoacán México, Avocado’s World Capitol with hundreds and hundreds of hectares planted around the city it is the # 1 producer in the World.

Tony is an only child from a single mother who soon after he graduated from high school, he found his passion in the automotive industry and started working with his uncle Jose in a part time position, learning enough to understand the auto body shop business.

Eventually he migrated to the United States of America looking for better opportunities fulfilling the American Dream, especially in pursue of learning more about the collision industry. From 1990 to 1996 working for high production centers, it was until 1996 that he was presented with a great opportunity of buying a 2000 sq ft. facility right here in Santa Ana with the unconditional support of Leticia, Tony’s wife that commenced with just two employees and expanded with sacrifice and profuse effort.

I came here to ask for an estimated. I asked the receptionist should i wait here or outside she said its up to me so i went outside. She never said like it would take few minutes or a lil longer nothing at all. im here outside in my car waiting still on someone. Then when the guy he finally came. He said its gonna b over a thoused. Do you still want me to write it down. Like Seriusly do i look like i dont have $ to pay. i felt very humiliated. If i went to a shoppe is because obviously i have money to pay. Smfh

This is by far the best body shop. I am very picky about my car especially being from NYC, and I extremely happy about the quality of work. They did a fantastic job of painting the car and aligning it perfectly with the whole nose being repaired on my car. They also repaired the previous body shop’s off alignment. It was so bad that the car’s alignment was also off. THANK YOU TOP FINISH. Sam the gentleman assisting me was also great keeping me in the loop to get the job done and on time.

Literally just took my car in today and I only had a minor scratch down the side of my bummer to get fixed. They came over, wiped down the car, and did some touch up paint and made sure I was happy. I literally cannot believe how great my car looks! I am so happy with the service and the guy who came out to give me an estimate was so kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with body work repair!

Brought in my Mercedes C250 to be repaired after someone else hit it in a parking garage. Luckily the driver a note and I chose Top Finish to do my repairs. Top finish did an amazing job with the repair and I can’t thank them enough. You cannot tell whatsoever that the car had been hit. Their customer service is excellent and are they are great people to do business which in my opinion is hard to find these days. They have been in the business for over 20 years and also offer a lifetime guarantee on their paint work. Thank you Top Finish!!!

Top finish has been our family go to place to have our cars worked on, and unfortunately I’ve been in a few accidents myself including this last one in August. I brought my car here several times and I am completely amazed every time that I pick it up. Top Finish goes above and beyond my expectations and they made me feel assured that my car was going to be taken care of. As soon as I pick up my car, I am reminded that Top Finish aims for their customer satisfaction and puts every effort into making my car like new. I am so happy and excited to have my car back today looking better than it was before. I am beyond satisfied. Rafaela was absolutely amazing in being able to clearly explain what was going on with my car as well as putting her heart into her work and truly caring about eaveryone she encounters. Armando Jaime Tony Noe and so many more names to list are excellent at what they for Top Finish and the whole team work extremely fast. Everyone treated me so well and made me feel like part of the Top Finish family.

Brought in my car for side panel repair. Price was reasonable and they were very thorough with explaining the available options.
When I got my car back, I found out that the Top Finish crew touched up a larger abrasion on the front bumper as well as a few additional paint chips with the leftover paint they had for no additional charge! Plus they left me with a small bottle of touch up paint.
Top Finish has always been straight forward, honest, accommodating, and quick on their repairs.

I had gotten in a car accident around 2 weeks I needed to repair my bumper my Farmer agent had recommended me to them. He gave them a call explaining everything later that day they called me the staff was super friend had answered all my question since it was my first accident I didn’t really no the process. They handled everything with my lawyer I had to do nothing which was great ! I took my car Monday they had everything ready I was out of there within less than 20 minutes everyone was super helpful and friendly i picked up my car today and I was shocked of how good of a job they had done my car looked brand new they explained the damages that my car had I honestly recommend them to every one there very professional fast and there great with your schedule! I couldn’t be any happier I’m so thankful !!

Great job on the fit and finish repairing my car. I had a large scratch and dent in the aluminum door that led into the rear steel quarter panel. With a high gloss metallic paint job, I was really concerned about their ability to match the rest of the car. Apparently not a problem for this shop. No sign of the dent or damage. Car looks like new. Sam was considerate, professional, and seemed truly concerned with my satisfaction. The repair did take a little longer than I would have hoped, but… It was ready when they said it would be. A huge plus. Highly recommended

Having read the reviews, I have to disagree to the Evo driver. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT TOP FINISH. I have brought my TOYOTA TUNDA there twice in the past 2 years (only once was the accident my fault). This past occasion, I brought it in without an appointment for an estimate and had it back with the chrome bumper redone and fender area painted (perfect match) within 2 days. On the prior occasion, TOP FINISH installed aftermarket bed cover, relocated under rail bike racks and installed chrome tailpipe for a very fair price unrelated to the repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOP FINISH.

I have been here TWICE within a couple of months because I got rear-​ended.
The staff (including Rafaela & Ana) were very friendly and professional. Rafaela and Ana both kept me in the loop by providing details on my repair and estimated times for pick-​up & completion.
Both times my car came back shiny, clean & looked brand new, keep in mind I have a 2002 honda accord.
COME HERE for your repairs, an insurance company tried sending me to another location but I told them I wanted my repairs done here! They also have a lifetime guarantee on their repairs…
Thank you Top Finish for making this inconvenience a less stressful process. This is my permanent repair facility.

I own a Honda Pilot, with a sweet dark cherry finish. I use only the best waxes on it, P21S. When I realized that I would have to have body work done, I was very anxious about it being done right, and at a good price. A friend recommended Top Finish. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service that I received. Actually my car looks much better right now than when I drove it new off the lot. I would very highly recommend this shop!!!

BEWARE! This place is no gem, and does not look anything like the pictures. It’s not in the best area, there were homeless people hanging out outside, one actually came in and asked to borrow my phone. I wouldn’t trust leaving my car here either. The outside of the building is dirty and in need of fresh paint– how can I be expected to trust them with the exterior of my car when they can’t even keep up their own building. I was recommended to come here by State Farm. I had been to two other shops for a repair quote so I was coming in with some background knowledge. While the state farm rep was polite, he wrote me a quote that recommended that I put a bandaid over the damage and just paint over it. I was not at fault for this accident, so my car should be fixed to the extent that it was originally. Why should I have to drive around with a glued together bumper after two other independent shops had told me the damage was too far gone and needed to replace the bumper. Keep in mind the repair he recommended runs the risk of re-​tearing throughout the life of my car. Because this guy is trying to save a few bucks, now I have to jump through hoops to have it fixed the right way from a reputable shop. This place is a joke, don’t take your car here unless you are happy with mediocre.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I was referred to here to estimate damages to my car after somebody hit me on the rear bumper and broke the bumper. The estimator basically blamed me for all the damage to my bumper as prior damage where there was only minor scratches to my bumper prior to the accident. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I’ve been twice with different cars and both times they were superb!
I was referred to Top Finish to repair my vehicle by an Insurance company, a lady had hit me in Newport Beach, I had a Black Toyota Camry and I was very surprised because the service was awesome! everyone was kind, if I called for a follow up they returned my calls right away etc… When they gave me my car it looked brand new!
then the second time someone hit me also in Newport this time was my brand new 500 Fiat, the lady wanted to pay directly and I suggested Top Finish Collision, they were amazing again, corteous, fast, efficient and my car as good as new!
I hope I don’t get into another accident but if I do this would be the place I would use to repair my car!

I’m not sure what kind of experience these people have had, but I had fast corteous customer service! I was in and out in a flash, love their friendly employees, and the nice clean lounge they have. This place wasn’t what I was expecting when I was driving down the road since I am new to Santa Ana, not usually some where I go.

I was sent here by Farmers Insurance after being rear ended by some moron at a stop light.
I wasn’t thrilled about having my estimate done here but the people were polite and the interior offices were nicer than I expected.
The follow throw was horrible. Ive called at least 8 or 9 times they can never find my claim, they can never find anything and they always take my number but never call me back.
In this economy, even if my insurance is paying for it, why on EARTH I give business to a business that 1. wants me to do their job for them 2. has no follow through? I mean if they care so little about me as an INSURED customer how much do you want to bet they would do a lousy job on my repairs.
Ive done it Farmers way, now I’m going to do it my way.
If you want assistance, efficiency, quality or service don’t bother with this place.
