This the worst company you can get financed by I maid a partial payment after I talk to a rude rep letting them know my situation the same day I made the payment that night they came got the car with Holliday’s no one working by the time I was able to talk to some one about the account my car was sold this company is the worst ever and need to be out of business I will be suing them for this act so if there is more out there with bed experience with this company like I have contact me and let out this company out of business if I was able to leave no stars for this company I would

This is one of the most unprofessional, rude finance company I have ever del with. The right hand never knows what the left is doing.

This company is an absolute joke. This company calls me 4 times a day for no apparent reason and when I tell him to remove me from their list they always tell me they don’t know why they’re calling me. When I ask to speak to someone who would know, they HANG UP ON ME. Stay away from this company. Dishonest, rude, clueless and apparently very shady.

I dislike dealing with this company. Originally this company was Mullens Finance and then transfer to this name. I am glad i am a few months from closing my debt with this finance. I hope i learn my lesson dealing with this finance since day one they have been so unprofessional with me. They have overcharged me on many things before i actually started paying attention to my monthly statements. They also charge me about $ 1500 at one point for insurance, because they claim my insurance was not active. My payment was always claim to be late after 9 days instead of 10 days as my contract states. I can say its been a nightmare they call me when my payment is due up to 3 – 4 times a day. Every time i have to deal with them for a particular reason they are very rude, their customer service is the worst. if i was able to do no stars here i would give them zero. Think twice before selecting this finance for 3 – 5 years.

Hola solo quiero avisarles pongan mucho cuidado con esta compañia. Ponen aseguranzas a su cuenta sin darles ningun aviso alguno, la canselan al mes y asi lo siguen asiendo por todo lo que resta de su contrato. Aqui les voy a dejar unas fotos nomas para que se den una idea de como ellos trabajan., porque al final de que tu hayas mandado tus pagos que tenias en el contrato todavia te van a salir que les debes dinero. Mi hermana esta batallando para que le manden su pink slip, ella se atraso con varios pagos en todo su prestamo, su pago era de aproximadamemte 380 al mes. Cuando se atrasaba. Al siguiente pago venian los cobros de los intereses el pago al suiguiente mes era de aproximadamnete 420 segun los intereses por averte atrazado. Ella pagaba esa cantidad. Al final cuando mando su ultimo pago le dineron que devia interese por pagos tardios. Les mandamos pedir un historial de pagos y nos dimos cuanta que le metian la aseguranza. Nosotros llamamos a nuestra aseguranza para que nos mandaran prueba de que el carro estaba asegurado cuando ellos segun le ponian aseguranza porque no estaba asegurazo. Tengan cuidado y si van a conprar un carro pregunten al dealer quien va a hacer la finaciera antes de firmar y si son Tidalwave no firmen. Ya estamos candados que le vean la cara a la gente.
