I got the Texan and a side of the garlic fries… some others are talking about the wait. I will have to agree that it took a little longer then usual. Nonetheless the food was worth the wait! The burger was super juicy… fries were a little too much on the garlic side but still had the perfect crunch… definitely going back since they occasionally park outside my office

We have food trucks at my office every Friday, and this one is one of my favorites. My coworkers spoke highly of the stuffed burgers, but I only had the Mexican Fries. Every food truck these days has their own version of loaded fries, but this one takes the cake! I’m definitely going to petition building management to have these guys arrive every other Friday, AMAZING!!!

I could not wait to try the «Blue Burger» today. The burger was wonderful with great flavor however, when I order a craft burger for $ 11, I expect the bun to be toasted, or at the very least, warmed up. The straight-​from-​the-​plastic bag cold bun was a buzz kill to the otherwise great burger. Warm those buns people !!!

This review is for the Garlic Parmesan fries, which were actually very good! Taste was great and it was cooked perfectly amd fast. How ever the low rating is for the price. I paid almost $ 8 for these fries which is outrageous! Even super high end restraints like BOA which use better ingredients dont charge that much for fries. These fries should not cost more than $ 4 at the most!

Let this review serve as a warning. If you value your time, customer service, or food quality, find somewhere else to eat.
Stuff n It Burgers has been to our apartment community a few times in the last year or so and I’ve eaten their food as many times. They’ve never had a great reputation on Unilocal,but it was convenient dinner and the first two times I found my food better than the reviews suggested. Mind you, the first time I ordered only the Mexican Fries, and the second time only a double mushroom burger.
So this most recent visit confirmed the majority of Unilocaler’s complaints. I ordered a Texas Burger (lettuce wrapped) and fries for my wife, and a Double Texas Burger (with mushroom patties) and Mexican Fries for myself (hopefully allowing plenty extra for the toddler, too). Keep in mind that I was only their second order.
From the time I placed the order to getting the food, it took 52 minutes (yes, I timed it). My wife’s fries were cold and tough, and we threw them away, but she liked her lettuce-​wrapped burger. My burger, however, was missing the second patty, so I went back to the window and explained the error. The two kids working the food (they looked like high school students) told me that I hadn’t actually been charged for a double, which costs extra (no, really?) and there was nothing they could do. The problem is — the guy who took my order even repeated it back to me correctly, so I was not happy. So, I told them I was perfectly happy paying the difference if they’d fix it. So they took the burger back, and I waited.
It took another 20 minutes to get the burger back, and in the interim, they charged me another $ 6 for the extra patty and the pleasure of waiting around some more. However, when the burger DID finally come back, they clearly just plopped a new patty on top the old, as the original burger and patty were now thoroughly cold while only the second patty was hot and fresh. That’s right, they just left my food sitting there for 20 minutes, which is how long it took them to cook a single hamburger patty, toss it on, and give me back my mostly-​cold food. And they charged me $ 6 for that.
As to the food quality, the mexican fries were alright. The fries themselves are garbage: like those cheap, frozen bags of fries you can buy at Wal-​Mart… but the toppings made them more than edible, good even. The patties, on the other hand, were WAY over-​cooked. I ordered all the burgers medium-​rare, but they came out somewhere north of twice past well done. The flavor was almost good: there was a nice crust on the meat, and the seasoning was right, but I want those things AND properly cooked meat… you know, before it turns into a chewy, dry, rubber sponge. These were chewy, dry, rubber sponge burgers… and one of them was cold, to boot.
And for this mess, I paid $ 35 and more than an hour of my mortal, finite life. The kid certainly didn’t seem to mind, seeing as he’s just a baby with no sense of taste, so I bagged the meat-​like sponge cake for him and contented myself with the fries.

* If you value your time, don’t eat here. The wait times are simply ridiculous. This is sometimes acceptable if the food is outstanding, but…
* If you value good food, don’t eat here. Cold, tough, old fries from a mass-​market freezer bag and dry, overcooked burgers are not worth your money or the calories. Maybe hiring cooks who know what they’re doing instead of a couple random teenagers would do the trick. And sourcing some quality fries.
* The customer service is garbage. If you screw up an order, and it takes 20 minutes to fix, you need to make a whole new burger and some kind of concession… you definitely DON’T serve the same cold food back. You also take steps to make it right, a complimentary soda, maybe… a coupon for the next visit… something.
A tangential, but relevant story: While I waited for my burger to be fixed, a couple of other residents were arguing with the cashier about wanting a refund. They’d been waiting for 30 minutes and were done waiting. They didn’t get the refund. When I told them I’d been waiting over an hour, they stormed off to the leasing office instead. I don’t think Stuff N It will be back again… and that’s perfectly fine with me.

I’ve never tried their burgers so my review is based solely on their fries since they perfectly satisfied my FRIESday (making sure I eat fries on a Friday).
They parked out front of my work and I was possibly 3^rd in line and ready to order. To be honest, it took a little longer than I am normally used to, but well worth the wait.
The garlic fries kept my breath kicking until the end of the day, and their rendition of Mexican nachos (loaded fries) was a fulling meal in itself.
Not sure if the burgers are any good, but 5 stars for the fries.

Be prepared to get your hands messy. Really great burger stuffed inside with various things according to what you ordered. I had the mushroom burger with garlic fries. Delicious.

Customer service is great. As for the time required, I went when no one else was there and it took 10 – 15 minutes. However, they do clearly state that it takes at least 10 minutes.
Food was fair. Didn’t taste horrible but wasn’t great either. If it wasn’t for customer service, I would have done 2 stars. I wouldn’t eat here again (especially at their prices) but I can see some people liking it.

First of all, one of the longest waits for a food truck, if not the longest, that I’ve ever experienced. Staff was friendly and apologetic, but 45 minutes for my food was a little crazy. To top it off, the food was just. Okay.
I ordered my burger medium, and it was well done. Like, borderline charred.
The cheese was draped lazily across my burger, and there was tomato even though I specifically said no tomato (trivial, but none the less.)
I will not be eating from this truck again. The only reason they got two stars instead of one, is due to the fact that the staff was polite and apologetic.

Great cheeseburger wound 100% get again can this truck be on Chapman campus everyday the Texan is very goofy he bbq sauce is to die for

The Truck comes periodically to our complex in Newport Beach. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been cooked to order and delicious. The other night I ordered the Chicken Burger and it was moist and tasty, and the fries were just perfect. They’re fast, friendly and efficient so what more could you ask of a Food Truck?

I got the classic and garlic fries, no complaints about the fries, and the burger was awesome! Not much cheese stuffed inside, but good none the less.

I have had StuffNIt Burgers more than a few times now when they visit Aliso Town Center Apartment Homes in Aliso Viejo– and I have to say that I absolutely love this burger truck! The Blue Burger is the winner but I can vouch for the entire menu because I’m obese. I wait about 10 minutes for my food each time– and this reflects in the high quality of their creations. This is well worth the few dollar difference between StuffNIt’s Blue Burger w/​Fries compared to a Double-​Double w/​Fries at In-​N-​Out Burger (used to work there).

Save your time, money and tastebuds. I ordered The Classic burger well done. Only, it came RARE. I was so grossed out. And no, not just medium or medium rare, rare. After waiting 15 minutes for a burger the last thing you’d think to find is your food undercooked.
Then, the website says the patties are stuffed with cheese. If you call taking two separate patties and putting cheese in between them, then ok…
The tomato slice on my burger was the small end piece of the tomato. It didn’t even cover a quarter of the burger. Sad.
I got the seasoned fries and they were cold (again…waited 15 minutes for cold food?) and underwhelming.
Skip this truck!

I am being completely objective on this review. This food was so weak that I had to jump on the internet to complain about it right after eating, and I’m generally too lazy to do anything after a long day of work.
Everything is just so bland… almost impressively bland. The meat has absolutely no flavor to it, almost like seasoning was their own kryptonite. The cheese inside the juicy lucy was not really existent, and this made the fact that it tastes like they use really nasty beef even worse. Everything was grainy, gristly, and extremely bland. The bacon was cooked to the flavor of pure disappointment. The cheese was not where it should have been compensating for the lack of any sort of meat surrounding it.
The Mexican fries seemed like the cheapest frozen fries they could get from a Smart and Final freezer… topped with some extremely tough mystery meat, canned jalapenos, store brand nacho cheese sauce, and some thousand island that sat out too long.
I got a juicy lucy, with the side of fries replaced with a rather dinky portion of the Mexican fries. It was offered at the great rate of $ 11. Sweet deal bro!
I went to this truck expecting a mixtape of pure fire for my mouth, and got the burger equivalent of a Tyga album. This is the Christian Ponder equivalent of a Juicy Lucy.

They need to get their shit together.
My husband ordered the LA dog, it was served on a hamburger bun with the dog cut in half. It reminded him of grandma’s house in the summer when she’d run out of hotdog buns and serve your dog on Wonder Bread, the only difference is grandma didn’t charge me 6 bucks for that.
We also tried an order of the Mexican fries. They forgot the carne asada on the fries. We mentioned something before walking away. Guy 1 tells guy 2 to add carne asada and he says «what? What’s that? Which one is carne asada?» I’m not sure why they didn’t know their ingredients, but come on. Fries were fine, I guess.
I ordered a Texas burger, cooked medium rare, except their version of medium rare is what most decent human beings would call well done. Meh. They also used the wrong stuffed patty, as unlike the description, all I could taste was bleu cheese. Awesome.
We also got an order of garlic fries. Now, I did read the description and was well aware that this was raw garlic, but could we at least cut those cloves smaller than ¼? Let’s try a mince next time, boys? This AM, as I write this, I can still feel a slight garlic burn on the back of my throat. Oh, and they soak the garlic in olive oil, good idea except that they probably used ½ C or so of oil? It was a swimming pool on the bottom of the tray.
Okay, so now that I tore the food apart, let’s talk service. Lol! My husband and I stood in front of the window for nearly five minutes before someone finally came over. We noticed this trend as we waited for our food and walked to the car, generally, it took them about 10 minutes to take the next person’s order. And the wait time for the food after ordering? A good 30 minutes. Look, any time a burger food truck comes to our complex, we give it a try, Baby’s Badass Burgers and The Cut don’t take nearly as long. Don’t give me an excuse about ½ lb patties taking longer to cook, Baby’s are the same size but don’t take that long. Nothing takes that long.
Overall, this food truck left me craving a burger. If you see this truck, wave hello and find The Cut or Baby’s Badass Burgers, if they aren’t around, just go to In-​N-​Out. Hell, a drive to Tustin to the nearest Habit would be quicker than waiting on these clowns.

I’ve eaten here at least 2 times. Their burgers are pretty decent, but their Mexican fries and Garlic Fries are very mediocre. I am a huge lover of fries, and their fry options are unfortunately, lack luster. Also, the same guy who has taken my order on both occasions was very rude and impatient — not cool, when you’re trying to build up a following. Really? There’s lots of competition out there, especially for burger trucks.
Needless to say, after my second attempt at liking this food truck, I don’t have any desire to muster out a third. Whomp, whomp.

My husband tried this truck a few weeks before me, and I had gone with something else. When I saw that they returned, I had to make sure to try it and pass on my original decision as they are not here often.
Being a fan of burgers, I knew I had to try one, especially if my husband who once hated burgers loved his last time. (Luckily for me he has been a fan of them for a while now).
I went with the order he got the previous visit. Two sliders for $ 7. Choices made were the Texas BBQ Slider, and the Blue Slider. This round he went with the regular sized Blue burger. The regular burgers come with fries, or upgrade to garlic fries for $ 2 extra. Don’t tease him wondering how he suddenly left a burger the way it was, and with cheese. He will get grandma mode on you. (Nagging/​annoyed tone)
You don’t have to worry about the sliders being a rip off on the price. These are probably some of the biggest sliders I have seen. Not a hawaiian roll on these guys. Heck, the bun is probably the size of Umami buns, but half the price for two!
My only complaint is on how sloooowwww it was. It had to have been at least 15 minutes if not more. My friend who ordered their Mexican fries had his in minutes and it was probably halfway gone by the time we got our burgers and that is probably because he ate slow and dragged it on so we could all eat and yack together. I was starting to question if they were looking for a cow. I understand it’s cooked fresh but I did not expect it to be that long.
I couldn’t tell you if I know everything on these burgers because I dove in them. The Texas BBQ slider had bacon, cheese, fried onion strings, and bbq sauce. The blue had blue cheese, I think maybe brie, garden springs, tomato, grilled onion, and mayo with blue cheese crumbles on top. I like fried onion strings for some reason and not being a fan of onions, I pulled the long grilled onions out of the blue slider but left the ones that were not sticking out. My husband likes their burgers so much, he even leaves the cheese and tomatoes on it which he dislikes.
Good tasting burgers, good size, not insanely priced. I am a fan. I will just be prepared to wait if it is normally this long.

StuffnIt Burgers is one of several food trucks I have seen pop up throughout the area that I was eagerly waiting to try. It seemed no matter what truck event we attended that this truck was at the opposite and hope was fading that I would get to try it. Alas I checked their upcoming schedule and saw that they would be at my normal Tuesday Night Truck event and I was not going to miss it.
StuffnIt has a good selection of burgers, fries and a couple of dogs that all sound very good. Being as I wanted to try multiple options during my visit in case I didn’t run into the truck again I opted to go with the sliders as this allowed me to try two different burger options at the same time. I decided to go with the blue slider which features a blue cheese stuffed patty topped with a spring mix lettuce, grilled onions, tomato and brie as well as the Texas Slider that was on special which had bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and crispy onions. Both sliders were excellent but the blue cheese was the star of the show for me. I also had an order of the Mexican Fries that had carne asada, jalapenos, cheese, blue cheese crumbles, tomato, onions and creamy sauce and these too were excellent and more than large enough to feed two people.
After my first experience I was pleased to see that they would be back again in two weeks and once again I decided to give them a try. This time I had no doubt what I wanted and went with the full size blue cheese stuffed burger. Again, the burger was excellent, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I definitely recommend this burger to anyone trying this truck for the first time. This was also my wife’s first visit to the truck and she ended up coincidentally enough getting the same two slider combination I had during my first visit. She didn’t say too much but seemed to enjoy the burgers. We also had a friend accompany us to the trucks who tried the Mexican Fries and seemed to really enjoy his first experience as well.
Please be warned that the food is prepared fresh to order and because of this the wait times for this truck can be upwards of 20 minutes or so to get a burger. I have seen many reviews who were upset or disappointed by the wait time and I admit I too was getting quite impatient (not uncommon with me though when it comes to waiting for food) during my last visit due to the long wait but I also would much rather have a fresh product than a frozen style patty that has been precooked and sitting under a heat lamp a’la McDonalds. With that said, my experiences outside of the wait time have both been good. It is rare that I eat cheese with my burgers but the stuffed burgers here are a real treat and I have enjoyed them both. If you want a juicy lucy style burger then this may be the truck for you. Check out their schedule and see when they may be passing through your town and check them out.

This was my first time trying Stuffnit Burgers, and i decided on the Mexican Nachos. I have no regrets because these are pretty good, the fries were crispy, the cheese, jalapenos, onions, seasoning and really flavorful meat, cheese, all that you could want from a basket of fries
My friends had burgers and sliders that looked pretty great, served with garlic fries that looked pretty awesome.
I’d suggest giving this place a try. Next time I“m going for the fried Twinkie!
