Established in 1979.

Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital has been established since 1979. Since that time, we have expanded our staff and

building to become one of area’s state-​of-​the-​art veterinary care facilities. Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital is

dedicated to meeting the needs and wants of our clients and their pets. Our mission is to serve clients by caring

for the total wellness of their pets. This includes; pet selection, wellness care, care during illness or injury,

nutritional and behavioral counseling, and celebration of the human-​animal bond.

For over 30 years, Dr. Qadeer has been the head veterinarian at SAVH. Dr. Qadeer enjoys practicing high quality medicine and has special interest in

orthopedic surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, and geriatrics. Dr. Qadeer is an active member in the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA),

American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), and Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce.

we recently rescued a dog from the street. Of course we had to research for the best doctors, right? And we found Dr. Rana.
She was the most caring doctor I ever seen. She is very professional and explained all of my questions with smile. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. If you are looking for a vet clinic that cares about your pet, this is the one to go. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We left our 8 year old mix here for boarding for one night. We left his favorite toy, blanket, and canned wet food because he can’t eat kibble. The staff took care of his needs and he seemed very happy upon return. We highly recommend boarding at this facility !

I’m a new owner of a little kitten that a friend had given me. I had never owned a pet before much less a baby animal so I was concerned when I found out it had been outside for the first 4 weeks of its life. I went to this location because it was close to my house and the Unilocal reviews seemed promising.
When I got there I was greeted by two very nice assistants. Right off the bat there were good vibes. My appointment was set at 11:45 and after I filled out some paperwork they let me in a room and one of the assistants weighed and checked the temperature of Eugene (my kitty). No wait at all! Then she left and told me Dr Qadeer would be there shortly and after about 5 minutes, he came to give the examination. Prior to the visit I thought my kitten was a girl but turns out she was a he lol. He finished the exam and let me stay after to ask some questions because I had plenty, being a new owner.
I went to pay for my visit and I found the $ 5 first visit and asked if they honored the discount and they did! I saved myself $ 34! I’ll be back in two weeks for vaccinations and I have no doubt the experience will be just as pleasant. Thanks Dr Qadeer :)

Dr. Qadeer is the best vet in town, 100%. He has very friendly, loving vibes and dr. Qadeer is an expert. He has already done two surgeries on our dogs, and every time the recovery process has been easy. The surgeries went great and healed perfectly! We wouldn’t take our dog’s to anyone else except Dr. Qadeer. I call him our Pediatric family doctor to our puppies.

Dr. Qadeer and the staff we’re very nice, helpful, and welcoming. Only recommendation is to get update some of the equipment (still using a beam scale instead of a digital one and rectal thermometer instead of the in-​ear ones)

I brought my great dane puppy to the vet so Dr. Qadeer could give me a quote on his ear cropping. I was very hesitant because I had never used this vet before. After talking with him and going over the procedure I felt more comfortable. The procedure went well and I picked up my puppy later that day. The vet called me several times to check on him. The doctor was caring and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Qadeer for ear cropping.

Dr Abdul Qadeer is the most caring doctor that my dog Maya has seen. It started when Maya had an itching problem and Dr Qadeer diagnosed the problem and put her on medication that immediately resolved the itching problem. Then a month late she had a gastronomical problem from eating the wrong food and put her on medication and a new diet which resolved the issue, The staff would call me daily to find out how Maya was doing. I feel very confident in taking my dog to see Dr Qadeer as he will take the time to answer all my questions,

I was previously going to a vet clinic to take my chihuahua, Jack, but without being able to schedule an appointment there and very limited face time with a vet, I decided to try this Veterinarian I found on Unilocal.I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Quadeer. Jack has very bad allergies and the Dr was able to give us various treatment options and get the treatment started right away. Dr. Quadeer and his staff stayed after hours to finish up the appointment, and I felt like the pricing was fair. It obviously cost more than going to a clinic, but I felt it was worth it given the fact that the Dr. spent much more time going over treatment options and examining my dog then my previous visits to the vet clinic I had been taking Jack to. It definitely wasn’t unreasonable. Also, being able to make an appointment right away is a huge value to me. I will definitely be coming back.

For over 4 years, I have been taking my dog with Dr. Qadeer. This place is has been great! I’ve gone without making an appointment and they have never hesitated in accomodating us. It can be pricy at times, depending on the reason of your visit. However, I had taken my baby to other clinics and somehow, I just end up coming back to the Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital. The staff is very professional, friendly, patient, and above all caring!

Absolutely one of the best animal hospitals i’ve been to.
The only place I take my dogs, as i know they actually care about their patients and owners. Dr. Abdul is an incredibly caring veterinary doctor and will work with you to ensure your pet gets absolutely nothing but the best, i highly recommend bringing your pets here! They care about your pet before your money!

Don’t go anywhere else! Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital is so wonderful. I absolutely love them! My baby puppy is 14 years old I love him to pieces, and I take him here for everything for years. They take such good care of him. I never have to worry if I go out of town. The staff is so dedicated. Super love the doctor’s wife and Jacklyn! He had 10 tumors/​growths that Dr. Qadeer removed successfully and they were not cancerous. He has fully recovered! They are also great for baths and pedi’s!

I have 4 Dogs and Dr. Qadeer is a wonderful to them, the staff is very friendly and professional, Prices are reasonable. We had to take one of our dog to an emergency hospital and to keep him on fluids and x-​rays was $ 600 + they DIDN’T fix the problem. The next morning we ended taking him to Dr. Qadeer he took x-​rays and medication and recommendations, For a lot less than what we paid that ER that didn’t help one bit. My baby is healthy again. I couldn’t ask for a better vet hospital Thank you for your work Dr. Qadeer and staff.
