The customer service sucks. They talk shit in Spanish, and roll their eyes at you. It’s always some loca with an attitude ringing you up.

Horrible costumer service!
As an employee, don’t make your costumers feel intimidated and have an attitude.
As costumers we’re there to shop for necessities, not deal with your attitude

Just walked in with a bunch of questions about bleach. I was helped by a super friendly girl, I didn’t catch her name (she had blue eyes and black hair). She answered all my questions and walked me through the bleaching process. She looked at my hair length and color as well as thickness and made a recommendation. Being a newbie to this I took her advice. We’ll see how it goes!

This place is terrible! Either neither of the girls know what they are talking about or one doesn’t know. I asked for a non permanent hair color and one girl said that they had 2, one hair had to be lightened and the other it didn’t. She said she would go help me and never did. The other girl said that I had to bleach my hair no matter what I used (which I get if you want the color to pick up extremely well but I’m just experimenting I don’t need it to show up like crazy). They need to get their facts straight and be on the same page! Probably never shopping here again (and this was my first time visiting the store).

I came here for sulfate and para ban free hair shampoo/​conditioner and they literally only had like 2 brands that fit that criteria which was disappointing. They have alot of different items (makeup, hair. pedicure stuff, etc) but not a wide variety of specific products.
One worker greeted me and constantly asked if I needed anything, she had short hair, but another lady (who i believe was the manager) literally stood there for 5 minutes talking to somebody as I was waiting in line — and I was the only person in line. The worker who was doing her job stopped stocking the shelves to ring me up but wtf. I wouldve given this place one star if it wasnt for the worker who ACTUALLY helped me.

If I could give a big 0 starts to this place I would this place SUCKS!!! And about the employees omg they have bad attitude expect one girl the girl with blonde hair she’s Awesome but there’s this one new girl with curly nasty ugly hair and a fat bitch excuse my language but she just needs to get fire terrible attitude so people please don’t come here other then bad employees really expensive and they don’t know how to put prices on things it’s says one thing and once u go to check out it’s totally different price please don’t come here and now knowing that my favorite employee quit the girl with blonde hair Im not coming back 0 starts to Sally’s supplies

This place is pretty cool. I’ve never had a problem. There’s one lady who is super nice, I wish I knew her name. She’s awesome! Anyways, I’ve never had a problem with rude staff and I can usually find what I’m looking for. :-)

Sallys usually has shitty customer service anyways, but this location takes the cake. some girl with red hair and glasses needs to pump her breaks and learn how to talk to customers WERE THE ONES PAYING YOUR PAYCHECK BITCH. Id give this place zero stars if i could just for her. From rolling her eyes at me to throwing my merchendise at me when i went to pay shes lucky i didnt jump over the counter and mop the floor with her.

This place is crappy. Crappy service, crappy return policy. Such a huge company with many locations but such terrible company policies. I bought a few combs not knowing which one I will need. I ended up not needing 2, at $ 7 each, so I wanted to exchange it for some clips. I have not even opened the sealed package let alone use them. They refused to return them for me. Giving me the run-​around saying only their manager can do it. And manager is not in… How convenient!!! And the clips I wanted actually cost more… Morons! I was going to make them more money but they refused my business… Such irresponsible employees and when I asked for assistance, they act as if I interrupted their day. Do your damn job!!!
