Yesterday I called MAS financial to get information on my loan. I spoke to GARY GREY he was extremely helpful and polite we clicked, am not going to lie I was already prepared to speaking to someone rude since I had read all the Unilocal reviews, After the call I made yesterday I was amazed GARY is awesome, He answered every single question I had was very patient and even helped me to find an easier way to pay my loan at Seven11. Honestly his customer service was amazing!!!

This place has the worse customer service. My interest rate was 17.9 percent, paying 432 a month on a 15,000 car was ridiculous! When I traded in my car for a new car they called me with their rude attitudes telling me I had to notify them first after I called before about a 10 day payout. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

This place has the highest interest rate out of any place that I have gotten a loan from. 25%. Also after getting my car financed they sent me a letter that they will raise my payment if I don’t send them an insurance proof. I obviously have insurance because I just took it out the dealership and the dealer sent them the verification ?? Don’t go here people!!! They are ghetto. My payment is 330 and only 180 goes to my loan the rest is all to them

MAS was efficient with me to the end. I sent extra payments every month and they processed them without any issues. I contacted them on few occasions to get information on my account. They were very polite and helpful every time. When I paid off my loan they took care of the rest. I received my pink slip in the mail from the DMV. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I would gladly finance through this company again.
I don’t know everyone else’s personal situation. I just know that I made every single payment on time. I paid off my loan 8 months early. I always had insurance on my vehicle. So I never had issues with MAS because of this.

I now know why people that are struggling, have it so difficult. They have deal with persons of very low self esteem and intelligence, that apparently are 2 $ to come in and work off the street What they provide is simply a way to buy a car when there are no options. There IS NO customer service. non existent.

The workers are always in a bad mood. Really? Maybe get another job? I tried paying off my loan early and lady said, «NO, you’re on a contract» without explaining it nicely. I’m so glad I’ll be done paying off my loan in 2 months, won’t ever have to see them again!

MAS Financial is the absolute worst company to work with. They’re completely unwilling to help in any way. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I beg you to choose absolutely any other financial institution! Any other! Worst customer service ever. I would give them negative stars

When I received my car payment last month I saw it was $ 230 more than my usual payment. Attached to my payment was a letter stating that I was driving my car without insurance (which I did I have). This financial place decided to add their own without notifying me. When I called, the lady, Hilda, was very rude. I was threatened that the car would be taken away if I did not pay 2 months of their insurance. When I received May’s payment, I saw my payment was now $ 460 more. I do not understand why even after calling and my insurance faxing them my info I am charged with another month of their insurance. I am hoping to refinance soon because I am definitely not going to deal with this every month. –1 star, this place and rude employees are not very helpful.

This is a follow-​up on my last review. There really is proof that M.A.S is doing its all to reform its practices. I couldn’t be more satisfied with them!

If you want to protect your rights from creditors that practice illegal tactics such as MAS Financial please look up Fair Debt Collections Practice Act or log on to
and you will be able to find helpful information there.
Also, keep a log of dates, times, and the names… even letters that you receive and seek the advice of an Attorney that deals with Collections Laws. Companies such as these will not stop these practices until a major lawsuit is brought against them and based on what I have read here and experienced in a call today with Hilda, you all have a Class Action lawsuit right here.

I purchase a car from this horrible company 2 years ago I am very unhappy and frustrated this people call me every day even at work I’m really feed up I had to hire an attorney every month they charge me late fees due to not receiving my payment, anyone reading this don’t ever finance with this company check all the reviews. I already made a complain to the BBB. And got my back up with my attorney, I can assure you I won’t stop until this company goes out of business and stops tourching innocent people. }

Some guy from Mas just msg me telling me my Unilocal is not valid and please take my post down i do not own the car so you guys don’t need to msg me anymore you know all about my account don’t try to clean up your bad rep why do you have one star honestly think about not just me all the other people that have left reviews have a great day and leave me the f alone

So I got my truck in August and it’s been good with them till about now! I was waiting about 6 months to ask them if I can change my due date to a later date in the month because it’s so much easier for me! But these people are dicks and inconsiderate and don’t have any social skills they are just some regular people hired with no education whatsoever. I guaranteed they are minimum wage people hating their job! I’m here working my ass off and making more money than them but as a 18 year old I screwed up my credit this is why at 25 in trying to fix everything and they were the only «LENDER» that approved me! Now I’m for sure refinancing with a different bank with my credit at a better state and I don’t have to deal with these idiotic morons! Please try to refinance as soon as you can these people are stupid!

Worst place to do business with if I could give you NO stars I would. Customer service is horrible and even when you pay early or on time they still rip you off. Never use this company!!!

Where to start.
1) If this is the only place that can finance you to get a car, please take up walking, riding a bike or the bus.
2) Horrible Customer Service– When I had let them know I will be late due to a family death and it’s funeral expenses her response was «Well you have not been with us for a year so we do not let the accounts over 15 business days late.»
Every single time I do a walk in payment they act like they are better than you and not even greet you nicely. Oh and if you don’t have your account number expect her (the girl in the front desk with the red hair) to make a big deal because now she has to press an extra button to type in your social security # instead.
3) Horrible communication with your insurance company. I had got insurance the day I bought our truck. The insurance company then sent MAS via fax (with the fax 3 provided to them) the information. Tell me why for 2 months they charged me fees due to no insurance! Even the insurance company was getting frustrated because they gave them 3 different fax #‘s.
4) I sometimes call in my payment during break and I will be on hold for 45 minutes and would have to hang up.
5) I was late for 17 days and then received a statement for this and next months charges. So when I called to make a payment on the 18^th day, she said my account was in review with the manager. Hello! My contract doesn’t even say anything about being late 30 days!
So rude. Right now I am currently looking to do my financing with another company. Please save yourself a headache and frustration. Trust! You do not need that vehicle this bad.

Dirty mother fuckers DO NOT return phone calls, and I bought my truck 4 months ago and I totalled it out in april, and I have gecko insurance they were willing to pay for the full amount on the truck but there was just one issue, MAS FINANCIAL DIDNT EVER PUT MY NAME ON THE TITLE. BIG FUCKIN ISSUE, I’ve been without my vehicle for 2 months. Because of these guys. I call to find out a little info and they couldn’t be more rude and worthless. One guy transfers me to another guy who transfers me to another guy who transfered me to another guys VOICEMAIL. And which of course he DID NOT call back. THAT’S YOU ANDREW IF YOU READ THIS FUCKIN COMMENT. DIRTY MOTHER FUCKERS.

Do not finance here! Trust me… they are not about customer service. The behavior and attitude of this company are both abhorrent and shameful! I don’t know how the employees can wake up every morning and go to work there. I say get out and maintain some sort of work ethic and dignity while you can! I am so glad I was able to trade my car in and get a newer car and some real customer service from a better finance company.

These people are HORRIBLE! Our car was repoed in December because they claim I didn’t make a payment. B-​effing-​S!!! I made the payment and I have the proof!!! Naomi is STILL harassing me daily over the settlement! Martin even threatened to reverse a payment my mother made for us because she was sick of us getting harassed every hour on the hour… and he even told her to get a job, when she’s had the same job for 20+ years!!! They’re VERY unprofessional! If I could give this place negative stars, I would gladly do it!

There’s not much to say beside the fact that I make my car payments here. I’m thankful for mas financial because they gave me a chance to prove I can keep my car and make my monthly payments, while building better credit through them. I have too! My credits gotten sooo much better through this past year!
