Excellent Service ! Really Recommend this place !! They have helped me save so much money and they have extremely good deals definitely will stay for them and not planning to change anytime soon. And above all a very good environmental area i loved the place and wouldnt mind the drive all the way from east la because its totally worth it !

I was really excited when State Farm offered me coverage at a more affordable rate than AAA but several issues and being told by this agent’s staff that I would hear from them by the end of the day, it truly has been a nightmare. This last issue is as follows — I got a billing notice with a strange amount and so I did the responsible thing and called my agent’s office to figure out what is going on. Pete was shocked and told me that he was suspending the payment while he researched the issue. 3 weeks later, no call, no notification and there I am trying to figure out what is going on. I would normally blame State Farm for how they do business but I realized that the fault is on the agent. If you’re planning on moving over to State Farm, then go for it, but find yourself an agent, no, find an agent that has great staff and when they say they are going to call or email or get back to you, that they really do. If they don’t, don’t stay with that agent, move to another one and find one that is worth it.
I don’t recommend this agent and so I have changed agent.

I have nothing good to say about this person and his business practices!
I would suggest you search out a more experienced seasoned agent whose income doesnt depend upon selling or loading you up on products you don’t need. In order to make his bonus’s Luis must write a large number of bank, financial and life insruance products. This is often done for his benefit and not yours.

Luis Olmedo is a life saver!!! Thank you Luis and staff for being honest, very helpful, and genuine in caring for my family’s needs. The last so called agent was just money hungry and only cared that my premium was paid. After over 10 years of loyalty I was finally forced to file claims and I quickly discovered what his real agenda was! Also: I thought I was saving money by insuring through the very sad Infinity Insurance, what a major and costly mistake that was! I guess I learned that hard way but you do not have to, talk to Luis and his staff and like me you too might be floored to hear what you can get with State Farm (top tier ins.) for the same or a less amount! I chose to get a whole lot more for almost the exact same amount, adding a second vehicle/​higher coverage/​uninsured motorists/​renters ins/​rental coverage/​& life insurance!!! Take that bottom of the barrel Infinity Insurance!

By far agent lives up to State Farm reputation. While all company’s seemed to be closed on the weekends and trust me I called every place I possibly can. I called agent Luis Olmedo .He took care of my business needs and I wasn’t even insured with State Farm. Great person, great agent highly recommend. Definitely a professional and like they say «like a good neighbor State Farm is there! That is a true statement
