You don’t want legal fees and medical bills eating up your recovery. Neither do we. We have an office policy of flexibility towards all billing arrangements. We seek to reduce every medical bill, insurance lien, or insurance company request for reimbursement. We don’t nickel and dime hourly clients. Occasional brief emails, texts, or calls will not be billed.

We’ve worked on hundreds of cases and been in court around a thousand times. We know what to say, when to say it, and where to send you if you lack insurance and need medical care.

History

Established in 2014.

After litigating hundreds of matters in areas of law such as personal injury, business litigation, and class actions, founder Michael C. Bock chose to join with colleagues to service a smaller number of clients and focus on select cases. He oversees every file.

Michael Bock is the founder of the Law Offices of Michael C. Bock. He has been practicing since 2002 exclusively in the civil litigation arena, aggressively pursuing lawsuits across the legal spectrum. He has spent the entirety of his career in the courtrooms of Southern California helping victims seek justice.

Litigated from beginning to end four to five hundred cases.

Nearly a thousand appearances in Southern California courtrooms in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura .

He does not shy away from a fight and has won cases that numerous other law firms refused to take. Won a jury trial for a young man whose case was turned down by three other law firms.

Many attorneys can claim impressive track records. What has been more important over the years has been the hundreds of clients who have thanked him for his patience, for his empathy, and for understanding their concerns and addressing them.
