David W. Paulson is a huge proponent of victim’s rights! Very few people concentrate on defending victim’s like David Paulson Does. I work with many lawyers and they all like to know someone like David Paulson. He knows the immediate steps needed to take when handling a victim’s rights. He knows how to handle Orders of Protection when domestic violence cases are involved. I appreciate having someone so knowledgeable to help my clients.

Before using this attorney, please check out his reviews on google and other outlets. He does not follow through with what he says he will do. He does not respond to phone messages or texts until maybe the seventh or eighth attempt at contacting him. He will lie to you and tell you he is doing something for you, only to find out later that he did not do it. He puts clients in danger by not doing his job. I have used attorneys for many different purposes, this is the first time in twenty five years I have left a negative review for anything. Do not use this attorney. He takes your money and does not do what he is paid to do. You would be better off representing yourself.
