Staff are always helpful, I usually know what I need to get. They double check what I got is what I needed which I appreciate. Maybe it’s because I’m in a hurry many times but I seem to always go when there are lines. Their prices are competitive to Pep Boys and I like them more anyways.

Workers attitudes suck, they dont care whose in line.
I hate the long lines here.
Long lines for no reason… Stop talking to people if they have everything they need and is paid for…
Good thing I look up part numbers before I come in so things go smoothly.
Nothing I hate more is when they ask me about what car it goes on and stuff.
If you don’t know what the part does, don’t talk down on me like you know what you’re talking about cause I’ll just have to correct you again… Just get me the part number I asked for and I’ll be on my way.

I will never shop here again. The people here don’t know the basic stuff. Took them 15 minutes to find my warranty and I just gave up. I rather pay full price somewhere else than deal with the warranty here or deal with people that don’t know about parts

the crew at this location is beyond professional, got helped by Efrain the store manager and he gave me very valuable advice and great customer service!

Nice honest people at this location. Always helpful. I think they moved up the street, but they have a huge selection of things I actually need. They are great at answering questions and are not patronizing.

Ive called and placed part orders over the phone and when i get their, my parts are at will call ready for pick up EVERY TIME ! Good people who know their stuff…

This store is the best car parts shop I have been to. When you walk in here, you know what its all about, parts. No cup holders or air freshners, if you need to find the right part for your car or in my case Jeep, these guys had it at a great price and in stock.
My power steering pump blew out in my Wrangler and i made a mistake and went to pep boys and bought the part. went home and tried to change it out and realized the part was wrong, the holes needed to be threaded and were not. went back to pep boys with their wrong part and the right (broken) part i took off my jeep and they had no idea where to find one. i called auto zone, and they also had no idea, until i called these guys and the guy on the phone actually asked me, «do you need the one with the threaded holes or not?» i sped over there and got the part that they had in stock. since then i only go there for brakes, oil, filters etc.
these guys actually know about cars. if youre a do it yourselfer, the most annyoing thing that can happen is a guy at the parts store giving you the wrong part and finding that out in the middle of the job.
i told the guy that helped me that their store was awesome, and he told me it is not a store, it is a warehouse store. so i guess they supply all Kragen O’Reillys in the area.
i will only shop here from now on when i can.
