History

Established in 2003.

James Harmon began practicing law in1999 with Ainbinder & Blatt. In 2003 James formed «The Harmon Firm» along with Thomas M. Harmon and retired Judge James Hedrick Harmon.

In 2013, James Harmon became «of counsel» to Ainbinder & Pratt in Long Beach.

Mr. Harmon maintains offices with the Ainbinder firm at its new Long Beach office at 4510 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, Ca. James Harmon, along with the Ainbinder group, handles personal injury and industrial injuries exclusively.

I prefer to meet with new clients myself. It is important for me to assess the seriousness of an injury before agreeing to take on a case. Insurance companies scrutinize personal injury plaintiffs and industrial injury applicants and, therefore, we can only represent people with legitimate and serious residual injuries. It is unique for a lawyer to have expertise in both personal injuries and workers’ compensation. The ability of the same lawyer to handle a workers’ compensation injury that results from a «third party» accident or personal injury case is important because the two claims can adversely affect the other.
