Hi Tech Auto General Repair

I mostly go there for oil change for my 2012 Honda Civic and to have new brakes done and I save $$$.
Last visit, I have full synthetic oil change, transmission fluid flush/​change, and tire rotation for just $ 140 which was great savings for me compared to other shops and dealer. I even requested to have Honda Genuine Auto Transmission Fluid instead of what they mostly use in their shop and still they honored the estimated price.
Took them 35 minutes to have my car ready!
Since I am a small business owner, I made suggestions so they improve their customer service experience and manager was appreciating my feedback/​Suggestions.

The worst service I’ve ever had. They lied to me about everything. He promised the world and delivered nothing. All these Arabs shouldn’t be allowed to own businesses here in the US. Shady shady practices are going on here and they will screw you any chance they get. Stay away

Please avoid this place at all cost! The owner or employee Sean is so unprofessional and such a creep. Not only did he do questionable work on my father’s vehicle when we brought it in, but Sean had the audacity to sexually harass both myself and my sister! Insisting that I go for «business» lunches with him before any further service could continue. He also made highly inappropriate comments like how much he loves talking to me and how he can’t wait to see me again. Makes me sick to my stomach. I confronted him and said, «DO NOT ask me on a date I am merely here to finish the service on my father’s vehicle.» Never have I experienced sexual harassment like this from a «professional establishment» (a term used very loosely). Women out there, be forewarned. This place is NOT safe. I would not want to be left alone in a room with Sean. He’s so unprofessional and when rejected, continues to make rude and sexual innuendos. Please, avoid!!!
As for the repair job — my father brought in his vehicle for a front bumper replacement. He had this service started back in September 2015 but for some reason, when they replaced the bumper Sean had somehow «lost» the front license plate. Upon inspecting the bumper, it turns out the license plate was never drilled into the bumper from the beginning! So they merely replaced the bumper and carelessly discarded the license plate. How do you replace a front bumper and forget to add the front license plate??? There are so many things wrong with this place. Please, avoid.

The service was fast, but the price is not honest.
My friend told me that the adverts from of this store said that $ 14.95 for an oil change. He wanted me to try and he will go to change after me. I was excited. But finally I paid $ 30.00. The worker said that it’s include additional tax, filter, and more etc. He also said my car need to pay more $ 5 for changing special filter. I asked why the price is different. He said his boss’s not here and he can’t give me an answer and a receipt. Because of cash only, I can’t use a credit card or debit. So I have to go to my bank getting additional money. It’s inconvenient. However, Service’s not bad. It is fast only 20
min for change. But I hope the price can be more nice.

I needed my car smogged. So I search for an in-​expense place. There are several places that came up but when I called them they wanted to charge me an extra ($ 10 – 15) because I have an European car. When I asked them the reason why, nobody could give me a definite answer. For the inspection, I thought they just plug into the OBOII port for cars after 1996. To me foreign/​domestic all have the same OBOII port.
I found the $ 21.75 coupon online for Hi Tech. Called them and they said to come by and they will honor the price. At first I questioned the phone call and even brought the address of an alternate more expensive place. Sure enough they honored the price. I had to pay the extra $ 3 electronic fee and also $ 8.25 cert fee. Those two fees were expected. Total $ 33.00 out the door.
Naim was very friendly. Now I will bring all my cars to Hi Tech for my smogg. Thank you for such great service!
BTW Hi Tech is behind an used car dealership on Main St.
