Worst service ever the general manager bravo capiche sucks major balls he has the worst attitude ever cant believe how they have some loser like him there but then again looks like all the people that work there are losers including the good for nothing fat girl there. This people are nothing but a bunch of liars promise after promise they broke and they don’t even care. please read my notes I kept record off it will tell the whole story. Everyone stay clear from this people thank god I filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair and if I care to take the time I will take them to small claims… I work as a small claims rep and this people will pay!!!

12/​18/​2015 DAY I DROPPED OFF THE CAR AT HADLEY COLLISION AND WAS TOLD THAT I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE
12/​31/​2015 DAY I DROPPED OFF THE $ 6,147 CHECK MADE OUT TO HADLEY AND WAS TOLD THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK! NOT TRUE AT ALL!
1÷13÷2016 RCVD MESS FROM ALLY GIRL LETTING ME KNOW THAT CAR WAS IN THE PAINT DEPT AND WILL BE READY BY TOMORROW ¹⁄₁₄ /​16
BUT IF NOT ON FRIDAY 1÷15÷15 FOR SURE.************WELL THEY NEVER KEPT THEIR WORD
1÷15÷2016 WHEN I CALLED LATE FRIDAY I WAS TOLD BY BRAVO THAT NO THE CAR WAS NOT READY AND IT WOULD BE READY BY NEXT WED 1÷20÷16 BUT IF NOT
THURS 1÷21÷16 FOR SURE SINCE IT WAS MY DAY OFF THAT’S THE PERFECT DAY TO BE DONE… HE PROMISED THAT IT WOULD BE DONE ON THAT DAY
Again he never delivered.
1÷22÷2016 again I called since they never call me and was told that car would maybe be ready Saturday IF NOT MONDAY 1÷25÷15 FOR SURE ACCORDING TO BRAVO.
1÷25÷2016 AGAIN WAS TOLD BY BRAVO CAR WAS NOT READY AND MIGHT BE READY TODAY BUT IF NOT TOMORROW TUESDAY FOR SURE 1÷26÷15.
1÷26÷2016 was called that seatbelt was needeed to be ordered… The manager Bravo barely found out that seatbelt locks up when airblag deploys
1÷28÷2016 was called by bravo and was told car was ready… he was waiting it to get there around 3:30pm and was going to wash it again and will be ready today
so I told alright cool in that case I will pick it up tomorrow Friday 1÷29÷16
1÷29÷2016 I called to let them know Im on the way it was about 910am… they said car was still on its way in the tow truck??? What happen to it being
on the way yesturday? They wil call me when its ready!!! Another FN Lie! And the car wasn’t towed it was driven there. Another lie.
1÷29÷2016 10:40am and still didn’t get called so I went there in person. i walked in and Ediot Bravo didn’t even recognize me.
the car was there but there was so many things wrong with it
1^st the AC wasn’t working (according to bravo the ac wasn’t charged) I gave them the car with the ac working fine there was nothing wrong with it.
2^nd The radiator was leaking coolant from what appears to be the upper radiator hose.
3^rd the Aligment was way off one wheel pointed straight and the other pointed a bit to the left. the steering wheel was turned to the right
when the car was going straight
4^th the left headlight was supposed to be new yet the light looks used due to it having scratches and or smugged with something
or like its fogged from the inside so it don’t look like new…
5^th they used the same tored up plastic cover that goes under the car. that cover came off when I had the accident and its all tored up
yet they used it even though you can see it hanging and you can hear it scrapping the road they didn’t care to invest $ 3 for a new cover
they expected me to never look under the car.
6^th the traction/​slip indicator light is on and wont come off… they are claiming that it was an existing problem which is not true. I gave them
the car without any lights on. They messed something up to have that light come up.
7^th when you open the hood you can see tape all over the place like if the tape were holding things together (it looks very ghetto)
2÷1÷2016 I complaint to bravo about all the issues the car had and claims that he would fix everything (I don’t believe anything he says)
2÷2÷2016 I have decided to file a complaint with the Bureau of automotive repair
2÷4÷2016 was told the car would be ready by Friday 02/05/16…which again was not ready.
2÷8÷2016 finally got the car back when i gave them my car my gas tank was full and they left it with less then one quart left. The bottom plastic cover came off when I drove it on the fwy and
almost caused a major accident and the upper radiator hose is still leaking. So what was supposed to be a 7 day job turned into 50 days… worst service every!
I know for a fact that my car sat in their lot for 30 days just collecting dust just wasting my time.

I was involved in a accident on the 5 near the 55 at 9pm I contacted AAA road side service and Hadley Tow showed up the driver made sure I was ok and took care of me and my car like I was Family I told him this was my first accident and was lost on what to do he gave me a ride home and let me know someone will contact me in the morning. The following day Bravo from Hadley Collision contacted me and offered to repair my car he came to my work place got all the paperwork done for me and called me every day to let me know what was going on I picked up my car and it looked amazing I had scratch on my rear bumper and he was kind enough to clean that up for me also. At least now I know what to do the next time this happens hats off the Hadley!!!

Mark Gray manages this sad excuse for a body shop. Mr Gray has lied to me more times than Dick Cheney took money from Big Oil. He’ll lie to anyone without breaking a sweat, so avoid both him and this place at all costs!
My car was nearly totaled at the end of May, and I had the extreme misfortune to have AAA dispatch Hadley Towing (the sister business of this dishonest, unprofessional and disreputable establishment) to tow my car from the side of the freeway. After cold calling me and convincing me to allow my car to be repaired at Hadley Collision Center’s newly opened Santa Ana location, Mark Gray proceeded to turn a straightforward two-​week repair job into a NINE WEEK NIGHTMARE!!!
The day before my car was due to be returned the first time, I called to confirm that it would be ready as promised. Mr. Gray told me: «it’s going to take another day or two to finish the job». I heard this mantra no less than FIVE TIMES over the course of my nine-​week nightmare. He didn’t bother to tell me about any of the multiple problems as he learned about them. Each time, I was subjected to a pathetic sob story detailing various excuses about why my car wasn’t going to be ready. The first time it was allegedly because Mr. Gray’s boss (Mark Hassan) insisted that the shop’s resources be reassigned to some other job. Subsequent times, I was regaled with tales of lazy mechanics, intrusive CHP patrolmen, Alien Abductions…
Finally, in the ninth week, Mark Gray called me up on a Saturday and told me I should plan on coming to his shop the following Monday to pick up my car. I arrived at the appointment time and test-​drove my car. I found that the airbags didn’t work, and the rear end rattled like leaky radiator. Mark, totally unphased and completely unapologetic, refused to accept any responsibility for the fact that my car still wasn’t ready after nine weeks! He simply repeated his now overly familiar mantra about a couple of more days…
In disgust, I left Hadley Collision and made arrangements to have my insurance company tow the car to another body shop. There, my car was inspected by qualified, reputable mechanics. The mistakes and omissions made by Hadley Collision were corrected, and my car was finally returned to me.
Never, under ANY circumstances do business with either Mark Gray or Hadley Collision.

so, my van breaks down and AAA sends out a tool, from Hadley’s towing in Santa ana. I let the guy know it is my starter, but he goes through all the tests to finally agree with me. I ask him if he can hit the starter a couple times to see if we can get it started. he agrees and wants me to climb under the can while he turns the ignition. he is in his blue mechanic uniform and I am in my office/​work clothes. this douche refuses to help. «it’s not my job. batteries only «those guys at Hadley’s are all pricks. I called them once when one of their Prius’were driving erratically. the guy at the shop tells me to mind my own business. if I could give these crooks negative stars I would. what a bag if dicks.

It is with great appreciation that I write this review to personally highlight the professionalism and empathetic character of this establishment and its helpful staff. From the moment the driver arrived on the scene of the car collision, until we «said goodbye» to our totaled car in the center’s tow yard; the otherwise lamentable situation was mitigated and taken care of by Mark Gray and his team at Hadley’s.
Earlier this year, while visiting Santa Ana on Friday, June 19 with my two teen sons, we were involved in a serious multi-​car collision shortly after 5pm. Here we were, out-​of-​towners with a broken car in the middle of a super busy thoroughfare. Everyone was going home to start their weekends, but not us, we were on our way to the tow yard to leave our car. Now we had to figure out how we were going to get home.
When we arrived at the tow yard with the car, about 6pm or so, the manager Mark met us as we were exiting the flatbed truck. He invited us inside the offices for fresh air and a drink. He immediately made us calm with his easy going and natural style. (Some have it, some don’t). While we waited in the lobby, we were offered cold water and snacks. Mark examined the car and prepared the paperwork with efficiency, because he realized that we were on a mission; my sons wanted to visit a retail establishment that closed at 7pm, and it wasn’t looking feasible. Mark finished preparing everything in no time, while answering phones, taking questions from his guys, and everything else. It was quite impressive! By now it was after 6:30 pm, but we were determined to make it to Broadway & 3^rd. Even before I could dial a taxi, Mark offered to drop us off as a courtesy. Here we’re thinking it’s a company car, but instead it was Mark’s private vehicle. This generous act renewed my faith in people who run a business but see more than dollar signs. He really cares. Needless to say, it’s a great business model because you’ll have a customer for life.
Mark’s help throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance companies and their adjusters was consistent and much appreciated. Kudos, Mark & Hadley Collision Center staff!

All I can say is that I had nothing but polite, courteous service with this company. Their representative Mark Grey went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Thanks!

My car was held here following an accident where it was totaled. I called to inquire as to whether I could salvage the brand new tires on said vehicle and an employee said it would not be a problem and he would even assist me in doing so.
A few days later I go to make good on all of this, and I am denied access by the «manager», Aziz. He was rude and condescending.
Towyards like this are exactly what you imagine them to be. Shady operations who bank on your misfortune. I could understand if there was a legitimate liability concern here, but it was painfully obvious this man was only aiming to secure any funds he could by any means necessary. Stay away.

I cant say enough good things about this tow company and my driver Luis! They arrived on time to tow my 1951 Buick. He was familiar with towing older cars and I was very happy with the care Luis took on loading my car on his flatbed and transporting it from Santa Ana to Rancho Cucamonga. My Buick arrived safely and was unloaded with care. I would definitely recommend this towing company. AAA knocked it out of the park on contracting with Hadley!

My tow request was reassigned by AAA from one towing company to this one to complete. Time is now ticking since my lunch break is now over and still no tow service.
I inquired for the name of this towing company so I may contact them directly to know the status of arrival. I contacted them every 20 minutes to ensure my car gets towed. A service car arrives after an hour. It was not a tow truck but a service unit that charges batteries. The service guy, Andre, tried jumping the battery but the battery was only a year old. He advised me to call in another request to send an actual tow After an hour, an actual tow truck finally comes to tow my car the one mile to the repair shop.
Here are some important tips if there is a delay on your tow service with AAA:
— Be sure to ask for the name and phone number of the tow service company.
— Contact the actual tow company after several minutes to ensure that your request from AAA was received and dispatched.
— Ask the tow company what type of service was placed by AAA to their company (i.e. jump start battery, a tow, etc.)
— Request for the number of the driver so you can contact them for an ETA. If not, request for the driver to contact you with an ETA.
— Be sure to follow up with AAA later that only 1 service call is charged to your membership and not multiple. In my situation, there were two service companies involved, two services units came but only one actually completed the service.
Hopefully, this type of horrible service does not happen to future customers.
