Awesome dealer even though I didn’t buy my truck from them. Probably the nicest and cleanest dealer I’ve ever seen… and I’ve been to numerous Benz and BMW dealers. Chad was my awesome, no pressure sales guy. The only reason I didn’t use them is because I found the exact truck I wanted somewhere else.

Terrible service department. I understand that it would be busy on a holiday weekend, many people’s day off, but to not even take the time to really understand our car’s issue was beyond me. Was told that they were busy and that they wouldn’t even look at it today. We explained that the car was having issues when starting right after pumping gas, and that we didn’t want to get stranded. They asked if we have recently changed the battery… I’m no mechanic but really… Just proved that you weren’t even attentive when we were talking. Didn’t even take down our information, they gave us the cold shoulder. I have bought all of my cars through here… And needless to say today’s experience was not what I expected. Drove down a few miles to a different dealer and they started writing us up right away, totally attentive and concerned and even took the time to warn us about extra charges. Said we would get info same day! If you are looking for good customer service don’t come to Guarantee!
UPDATE-​just got a call from the other dealer and they informed us that there were 2 recalls on the vehicle… When we had taken the car to Guarantee after receiving a notice in the mail and they flat out told us that they checked the recalls and there were none! They had told us that everyone gets the notices and that when they ran out VIN no recalls were listed! I am shocked at the fact that they just sent us home and didn’t take care of us, no regards to safety at all! Extremely disappointed to say the least!

My initial contact was pleasant and professional as expected with someone who wants to sell you a car, however once I left the dealership they did not return my phone calls or emails for two days. I called and spoke to the GM who was polite but did not take my name or contact info. When the service prior to taking my money is that bad the follow-​up service must be awful.

Came here looking for a great deal and that is exactly what I got. This place has great customer service. They gave me water, coffee and always checked up on me while waiting for stuff to be approved. I asked for what’s the best deal they can give me. Not only did they match another dealers best pricing, but they also offered a better deal which was an offer I couldn’t refuse. That day I walked out with a brand new 2016 camaro. Thanks for all the great service. The person that helped me walk out with a brand new car was Jaime. Great service. Very happy customer.

This is the worst car dealership Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Came back 3 times for a car to have the price raised each time. The staff was rude to talk too, and when I left made remarks like «good luck finding a model that’s that cheap» when I had found many more of the same model for much cheaper. Had a deal with them settled, called in early to ask if it was okay that we kept the previous deal. They said yes and that it wouldn’t be a problem. Drove an hour and a half to come buy the car. After driving there, they told me they had no record of the deal and wouldn’t honor it. Do not support this business. If you want an honest deal this is definitely not the place. The least they could have done is given me the gas money I spent getting over there, because I’m never getting back all that valuable time that I wasted.

I went to the service department today due to a charging alert on my Volt and the folks there were just awesome, in and out in 2 hours, all fixed! Even better, I normally go to Selman and had made an appointment on their website only to find when I arrived they were closed. So double praise to Guaranty for BEING there AND for taking care of me so well. Sadly I can only give them 5 stars…

I took my 2011 Chevy Equinox in for service, Alejandro took care of me. I was beyond annoyed that my 4 year old car had some major issues and how Inconvenient It was right before Christmas but, Alejandro kept me informed, provided me either the shuttle or a rental and made sure it was completely coved under warranty. I would definitely go back for service on my car.

I visited this dealership a few weeks ago and I was under a bad loan with my previous car. I was desperate to get rid of the rebuilt titled car that was currently in my name at the time and I was looking at a lot of dealerships but just not very many people were to enthusiastic about helping me out when I was so upside down in my loan with that title of a car. Myself, as a marine on camp Pendleton, I live about 45 minutes away from Santa Ana. But when I saw the truck I wanted at Guaranty Chevrolet I decided I’d give it a shot, believing fully that they would be hesitant to help as the other dealerships were.
I called the dealership and the first person to answer was a gentleman by the name of Oscar, who just so happened to also be a former marine, retired. From the very start he was very realistic and straight forward about the trade in process with the car in a rebuilt status title. But he told me to «Bring it on down and they would be happy to help if they could». Hesitantly I drove down to the dealership, not knowing if they could help me, is this a waste of gas money? is there dealership an actual dealership or is it off the wall? But those thoughts only lasted 45 minutes until I pulled up. 1^st of all, the building, surrounding area, employees, and cars from pre-​owned to brand new showroom, everything was very clean, classy, and makes a buyer feel very comfortable where he/​she is taking their money.
I walk in the dealership and within seconds a gentleman is already coming to me asking if I need anything or if I would just like to look around. Well the first man I talked to, Oscar, was getting off of work when I arrived so prior to my arrival he had instructed me to find a gentleman by the name of Victor. And that right there is when I knew I was in good hands. Within minutes victor comes out and takes me to the truck I had researched and without any questions he fires it up and says let’s take it for a drive. (Sometimes being the one to ask if you can take it for a drive is weird for shy people, so I really liked this about Victors go getting attitude to help). As I drove the truck it wasn’t an awkward silence at all, these people at guaranty know how to strike conversation to make the person feel at home. We pull back in and he immediately gets started with paperwork (once he asked if I would like to continue with the purchase). 5 minutes, he has the papers on the desk, the complete carfax and service history of the truck, and a sheet of paper I filled out describing my trade in. As I mentioned before my car was in good condition, but any car will be tricky if it has anything other than a clean title. As expected, BECAUSE OF MY CARS TITLE HISTORY AND THE UPSIDE DOWN LOAN I STILL OWED ON, it took a few hours, but those few hours was them jumping through hoops to make sure I drive off with the vehicle I want! No bank would approve my loan for the truck because of the amount owed on it still, but the price they offered for my car along with such a bad title and carfax, was MORE than fair. SO, since they’re banks didn’t find the amount I owed as an attractive number they wanted to be any part of, I contacted my bank, which happens to handle loans In a complete different way than what the dealership is use to. But! Not a problem here, victor gets the ball rolling, constantly bouncing back in forwarth between me and his manager. Asking if I need water, showing me the lounge, turning on sports, asking if I need anything, assuring me they are trying their hardest to get me out of there with my truck, then speed walking back over to his manager, bouncing around that office, coming back with papers, giving me updates, it was a very relaxing feeling knowing that I was being taken care of and they weren’t just trying to milk my money. Although Oscar was supposed to be off work 2 hours after I got there, I still see him working over time to help the customers he was with and also coming and sitting with me while I wait and striking conversation to take away from the nerve racking process of, am I going to get the car I want? Oscar was there at the dealership for 3 hours after his off time just to see through his customers are taken care of. Which brings me to my next point, Guaranty Chevrolet closes at 9PM. We were there until 10:45PM, just because they refused to give up on my process. When we finally figured everything out and all fiery hoops were jumped through, it was the financial paperwork we had to deal with, we ran into a small problem with my loan amount and the amount owed. And what did they do? They waived the fee from their side, and continued the process. 35 minutes later, I drove off the lot with my new truck and they took my cursed car as a trade in. Through this long review, if you get anything out of it, this dealership is more then fair, extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and an extremely good choice for your next vehicle.

Clicked on a van they had advertised. They called and emailed. «Come on out» I got there and the vans were not for sale. They were for a ride share program. TOTAL BS FROM SOME LOSER NAMED VICTOR HERNANDEZ!!! Perfectly lived up to everything you hear about a used car salesman. Complete waste of my time. I wish I could give them a ZERO.

I brought my car in for service with an intermittent problem. Since I was traveling, I left it for several days without pressuring them. Ian and his team was thorough and insightful in finding the problem. He found that it was covered under warranty.
I made arrangements to pick it up after hours from the sales manager. When I went in, the original salesperson greeted me by name and remembered the transaction over two years ago. He had seen my name on the envelope containing the keys. He remembered our transaction in detail. He obviously asked if we were in need of a car; I expressed that my wife would be next. He showed me something possibly interesting but was gracious in accepting that we are not quite ready.
In service with Ian led by Lee, and in sales with Brian Lax lead by Darren, this is a team that cannot be beat!

Thanks Junior Gonzalez for your patience and for assisting my wife and I find our new great looking 2015 2500HD truck. First time buying a Chevy, Junior made the experience worth while. Dealership was nice and clean, did not get a lot of pressure to buy at all. Would definitely do business here again.

My wife and I drove down to Santa Ana to get an amazing deal on a 2015 Chevrolet Volt lease. This car is loaded (Bose, safety package, leather) All we had to do was sign the paperwork, because Adolfo, the salesman, had everything ready to go. He even threw in a certificate for the first month’s lease payment. Bonus $$$! If you are buying or leasing a Chevrolet, ask for Adolfo. He is «no BS» and friendly. He had the car washed and ready, and even the green carpool stickers on the bumpers were good to go. We could not be more satisfied. Compared to the other OC Chevrolet dealer we first tried, Adolfo and Guaranty Chevrolet were like a breath of fresh air. Five stars, and well earned! Thanks again, man. My wife loves the car. I love the car and love the savings on gas even more.

Seriously considering a 2015Tahoe. I was in for over 20 minutes and didn’t even get a greeting … We are going to the dealership in Orange to give them our business. Im surprised they are still open.

We recently purchased an ’08 GMC Yukon from Guaranty Chevrolet and the experience could not have been better. Our sales representative, Brian Laxamana, was upfront, not high-​pressure, very honest, and friendly. The Yukon was exactly as advertised and there were no hidden issues. A couple of small things that needed to be fixed before delvery were taken care of, no questions asked. The finance manager, Tino, was also very pleasant to work with. It was very worth our drive from Corona to Santa Ana to get the vehicle we were looking for and to work with a very professional delearship. I highly reccomend Guaranty Chevrolet and their staff.

Our sales rep Zeus was super friendly and helpful. Buying a new car is a HUGE deal and he made everything pretty simple for us. We didn’t feel pressured at all into going home with the wrong car. He was patient when we test drove a few different models and worked with getting us the best deal possible with our credit (we compared other places). Definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car, which is saying a lot since most car salesman are usually super sleazy and intimidating jerks who don’t care about what you want (*ahem guys at the KIA depot)
