Saw this store in the mall today, the style of the store was very appealing to me so I walked in. Good selection of cool clothes, maybe I’ll come back when they have a sale.

Went into this store because I saw they carried pomade. It’s a cool shop. They carry the standard high school brands like hundreds and obey. They have really good customer service there. I forgot the guy’s name but he took the time to explain all the differences about the pomades they carry. Ended up with some Layrite. They even gave me a 20 percent off coupon for my next visit. Definitely going back.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a star. Customer service is horrible. Employees lie about what their policies are and don’t follow through on their word. Clothing sucks selection wise for females. Will not be back here.

First for me & the broskee & since we like to keep things old school west with the steez we weren’t too sure they’d meet our needs but we figured we should still scope it since it was the 1st store of the day. Soon as we stepped foot in the door we were greeted by 2 fellaz(kookids) who put us up on their current promotions which we found extremely helpful. Dugg the apparel the vibe the customer service the local artwork & music. Kookids hooked it up with coupons for 20% off the next purchase. Kindly informed us about the Cerritos & La Mirada stores & how they hold all sorts of in store events that help support local artists as well as big names like Warren G, etc. So looks like we’ll be regulars at this spot! Don’t knock it til you try it(:

Cliffs: — Decent selection — DwnTwn logo isn’t very appealing, IMO — Customer Service is on point — Nothing really stands out First off, I’ve got to give these guys a thumbs up for trying to bring something different to Main Place mall. But nothing really stands out. You’ve got the usual Diamond Co, Obey, IMKING, AMBIG and such. The selection is just eh. I guess if you know what you want, DwnTwn gives you the luxury of walking in and purchasing right away. But I believe online deals are still better when it comes to buying anything from brands such as mentioned above. As for customer service, every time I’ve stepped in, they’ve always acknowledged me and asked me if I needed help. Which is pretty awesome. Other stores such as DwnTwn wouldn’t even give you the time of day. One thing that I’ve got a gripe about is their own DwnTwn clothing. The logo itself and shirt designs aren’t really great. They DO offer great deals for them, but again, I wouldn’t really want to wear their stuff. 3-stars. Come here if you need your ‘fresh’ threads immediately, stay online if you’re patient and want to save money. Really, who wants to spend $ 50+ on a crew neck with a stamped logo on it?
