Crevier BMW

Got our 2016 X5 from Crevier BMW, great service and price. Thomas Dowell, our sales rep provided excellent service throughout the entire purchase process. I’m giving Crevier BMW 5 stars because of Thomas Dowell service level. A month after the purchase I’m still receiving the same 5 star service from Thomas like the first day we came to the dealership.

Making me wait for 20 minutes in front of the service’s bench as I was watching other customer being helped is only the beginning. Being a loyal customer to this dealer I now wonder if making an appointment with my advisor is even worth the time. I don’t like to name drop when it comes to giving a bad review, but this place is horrible. Horrible because this is not the first time they let me down but also because I felt that BMW shows an epitome of prestige, luxury, customer service and they are far from it.
Much of disappointment… I have never felt so belittle for trying to pay for a service. My gut instinct is telling me that my advisor is definitely trying to fill his service quota. I felt as if his needs were more important than mine. His attitude and persona completely changed after I told him that I wanted to only perform a minor service (oil change and light bulb replacement). Today I ended up leaving the dealer with out any service because of his piss poor attitude. He pushed for a service ($ 600!!) so bad as if my car is on a life support. I did some research and talked to a few honest mechanics that told me spark plugs should be change after 100k. My car is not even close to that. This guy told me that I couldn’t get a loaner car which they have reserved for me 3 days in advance… Which is fine, but then he told me that I should find my own ride back to the dealer myself if I wanted to pick up the car on the same day because they can’t pick me up. I am out of words. One way to describe this experience is simply disappointment. I would not want to come back here to buy a car or service my car.
Moral of the story: These guys are working based on quotas. Your needs might not be their priority. Always double and triple check their recommendations when your car is out of warranty.

Walked around here for 20 minutes, not once did I get an acknowledgement so I am on my way to Tustin auto mall.

Drove off with another 2016 BMW X3! Ask for Anthony Dang because he’s been taking care of me since my first BMW and this is now my 3^rd. Customer service is 5 stars and you really feel like you’re being taken care of.

Always satisfying and Best of all… NOT pressing customers for high-​cost repair. Just recommendation and comment by Richard Kim, helping me find to compete price with other shops.

I took advantage of my BMW genius appt after driving my new 2016 X5 for a couple of months. Nick was great with me explaining all the amenities of my awesome car. Thanks, Nick for your time and patience! You know your stuff!

Easy Like Sunday Morning…
BMW scholar, Mr. Alan Hong is easy like Sunday morning. Calm, kind and professional, I was comforted by his gentle disposition. Purchasing a car is invasive and thoroughly exhausting, but we worked collaboratively and the transaction was completed within 3.5 hours.

Go elsewhere! Worst service ever. We had to have our car towed here & we need a loaner vehicle. We waited over and hour for them to find us a loaner vehicle. Dozens of employees sit around and just play with their cell phones. We got rid of the BMW.

As a perk CREVIER offers a free Car Wash. However, it’s closed more often than it should. They need to figure out a texting system or email to allow their customers advanced notice. Otherwise, you’ll drive out of your way for this service and find out last minute they cannot deliver as offered. I shouldn’t have to call every time I want a car wash.
10 days later, middle of the day on Tuesday morning, the car wash is STILL closed. Ridiculous.

Best Dealership in the world. Honest and trustworthy. This is my 8^th car.
Go see Eric in the previous owned department he will take care of everything. Literally in and out under half an hour. Love it.

«We are the largest BMW dealership in the United States.» «This is a niche product and we will be able to sell it to anyone.» «No I won’t go to my manager and ask for a better price.» Pure hubris. For a dealer with a glut of inventory that hasn’t moved in months one would expect Crevier to be friendlier and more eager to get a new customer.
Stereotypical predatory and overbearing sales rep behavior from Craig H. instead of an honest approach to earn business. After selling a car I was supposed to pick up the next morning he continued to lie to me about emails he had sent and then stooped to citing the need to feed his wife and child as a need to earn my business.
Absolutely unprofessional. Even though the sales person’s manager called to apologize for his rep’s rude behavior and offered the deal I had asked for, I still went to another dealership and will never go back to this one even though they are 5 minutes from my home. Stay away.

Went in to buy my fiancé a new BMW for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day and cannot be any happier with their service from the time we walked in to the time we drove away. Our sales guy Peter Fard was amazing. He helped us wth our trade in and found us a special order 4 series with m package and red leather. He got us a amazing deal that no other dealer could have matched. He was truly a amazing person honest and great personality. Made the buying process enjoyable for us. Definitely referring all my family and friends to Peter. Thanks Crevier

We bought a 428i gran coupe here a little while back and couldn’t be happier. Our sales adviser was Saul Braslavsky, such an awesome guy, was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. If you are looking to purchase a car here I’d definitely recommend asking for Saul.
I also got my tint, LoJack, and ibex services done here and Paul at service station was super professional and helpful with all my questions.
Lady at Financial department was amazingly helpful and even though it was late and we were last customers she didn’t rush and took the time to explain us everything we were signing. Unfortunately can’t remember her name but once I do I’ll post an update.
If you buy a car here you can bring it for a free wash which I always use:) and they do pretty decent job, I’d say even better then some paid car washes do.
All in all, this place is great. Definitely recommend and if I need another Beemer will surely be back!
Oh and hey, there’s a full service Starbucks here! How awesome is that?! Yay to that!:) sip your coffee while waiting for a wash.

I can’t complain about the service I get every time I come to Creview. I frequent this dealership and Shelly BMW in Buena Park for my car needs. I own two BMWs — one is out of warranty and one is still under warranty. When you think of BMW, you think of «BMW problems» and yup that’s why I frequent the BMW dealership a lot lol.
The parts department really helps with your needs and will take care of you as quickly as possible to assure quality customer service. When I went in one time for a service for a recall I was given a a 5 series as a loaner until the next day and it makes me want to buy another BMW. BMW is just an all around a great car. Looks, performance, comfort, luxury all in one. The service advisor that helped me out with my needs when I was getting my car serviced was very thorough of what was going to go on and very accurate with timing. BeEmDoubleEwe you rock!

I’m almost ashamed to own a BMW after dealing with crevier. Such an unorganized, immature business. I had called and left a message with a service advisor on Monday with no call back (promised a call back that night). I call again on Wednesday and still can’t get through to the advisor so I leave another message. Still didn’t get a call back so I call a 3^rd time and explain how they haven’t been returning my messages and that I needed to speak with a service advisor. They finally sent me through to someone to help me. The service advisor simply said, «I’m sorry but there aren’t any current pending recalls on your vehicle. Thank you for calling Crevier BMW» AND HANGS UP.
I am well aware that the older index 04 injectors were recalled on my n54 engine at some point in time, and It would have been nice to actually speak with someone regarding this…
I honestly don’t understand how a «luxury car company» hires employees that treat their customers like absolute garbage.
This is the type of thing that makes me want to sell my BMW. It’s a great car, but customer relations and customer satisfaction go a long way in my book and I don’t wish to support such a rude/​unorganized company.

Even though I ended up buying from another dealership instead, I wanted to give a quick shout-​out to the people here. Crevier is a great place to get a car, not only because the dealership is huge and has a large inventory (so you can be more picky in getting what you want), but also because they seem (from my experience) to give lower prices — maybe it’s a volume thing.
I worked with a guy named Arnie here, who was great. The other people who called me back and who I spoke with from the dealership were very friendly, pretty candid (for car dealers) and not too pushy, which leaves a very good impression.
Lastly, the dealership itself is beautiful to look at. Very big and very new.

I live in Harbor city and I wouldn’t mind from now on the drive to Crevier to have my car serviced.
Top of the notch service, Ron Kang was my advisor and he’s just simply amazing.
Since I contacted them over the phone to get a quote on a service I needed for my car and he gave me the best price by far over all the dealers around the area.
Once I got there is was impressed for the level of service they gave me, he even offered me a loaner so I can go back to work.
They did a great job on my car and I’m really happy with it.

The OEM part I ordered from the Parts department did NOT fit my car, which was a huge bummer since I had to drive around with a defunct part for a few days (I live 20+ miles away). When I went back, the parts guy said he would give me a new one but that it looked exactly the same. I went to go install the pressure hose in the parking lot and it fit a lot more snugly, but still had difficulty getting it to click into place. I asked the Parts guy what I should do and he said he wouldn’t be able to take a look but maybe to ask service.
Luckily, AGAIN, Richard Kim was there to help out. (Seriously Crevier, what would you do without him?) I asked him to come take a look and explained my situation to him as we were walking out toward the car. Within a minute or so, he clicked it into place and all was well. My dad was super relieved that I wouldn’t have to drive back home without the hose in place where he inevitably would’ve had to do what Richard did for me. I seriously just felt like I had an older brother there who made sure things went well for me.
Despite every event that has irked me about this dealer, I’ll keep coming back for Richard.
