I love coming to Crest Cleaners, they always make me feel like family! Frank is the best, he always welcomes his customers with a smile and does everything possible to make sure his customers are happy! They take good care of my clothes, I never had any issues with my clothes, they even remove stains without pointing them out, I drop off my bag of clothes and get a receipt and trust them with the rest, they know exactly what to do!!!

I have been using Crest Cleaners for my dry cleaning for almost 11 years. I continue to render their services because of Frank. He always provides excellent services from picking up and dropping off my clothes to treating spots that I don’t bring to his attention. I have also used their tailoring service and have been happy.
I did come across billing issues in the past but Frank resolved the situation in quick and professional manner.
I would recommend this place to anyone, thank you Frank

i used this place for like 1.5 years, no problems. On day the guy there has charged me almost double i realized later. Once he also made me pay in advance on my card.
The 3 stars are for the good rates and politeness i got when the lady was there.
Many posters here say he treats them like family. etc, I found him always irritated at something and in angry mood.
I will pay cash here if i use them again. seems i cant trust with my Credit card

What a great find! I stopped by here on my lunch for a quote on getting a black smudge off a white brand new dress I had ordered online. Not only did the sweet lady get it out in less than 20 seconds, but Frank didn’t even charge me for it! This is my new dry cleaning place for sure! Friendly happy people who genuinely care :-)

I don’t know what the people not giving Frank 5 stars are thinking, he is amazing. ALWAYS goes above and beyond, has a smile on his face and is SO happy to see you. I’ve been using his services for over two years now, never had a single issue whether it’s getting my clothes cleaned quickly or pricing, nothing has ever been weird, suspect or otherwise.
I will absolutely continue to use Frank as long as I’m living and working in this area, he is amazing!

Be careful with the owner, his name is Frank, he’ll rip you off if you’re not paying attention. I’ve been bringing my clothes here for for the last couple of months and I’ve noticed he’s been over charging me. Make sure that when he gives you your bill, it has the price on it because he has the habit of not putting the total until you arrive to pick up your clothes and that’s when he comes up with a random number to add. I’m reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Be careful and pay attention to your bill. Ask him how much his prices are.
