We are truly blessed and fortunate in helping relieve so many people from the stress and burden of their debts. When we first started our company we thought the major benefits of our Debt Relief Services would be affordability, savings and how quickly we could get people out of debt.

However, after doing this for many years now it always amazes us each time we get a testimonial from one of our clients. They usually go something like how we saved their marriage, their family, their relationships or even their life (suicide). What we came to realize is how debt has such a profound impact on the emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of people.

Yes, we are glad to have saved our clients money, but having such a deeper impact is what really drives us and gives meaning to us all. Debt sucks. I had a credit card that went into collections and then was placed into a lawsuit where I was being sued for the balance of $ 3505.34 (Thanks BofA).
I started to receive ads in the mail for help with this and I received one from CW Debt Relief and I was hesitant to call, but I knew I was being sued and had a limited time to respond to my court case. I was contacted by a gentleman named Mark S who asked about the case against me. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and kind through the entire process from beginning to end. He provided me with costs, a re-​payment plan, and assured me that if I went with his company, they would represent me in court.
However, I spoke with my girlfriend and she said that I would be probably re-​paying over the actual amount owed, because this company is a business after all. So I called Mark again and asked him about that. He said, «Sure, you can use us and we will re-​coop the costs for the bank, but of course you are not forced into using our plan.» I asked him what I should do and he suggested that «sometimes, the lawyers (on behalf of the client) would settle for a lesser amount than the aforementioned $ 3505.34. And I could simply call their lawyers, ask for a ‘settle out of court’ number, and if it is less than what was on the paperwork and the suit, to take it.»
So that is exactly what I did. I called, had it lowered to $ 2700, had the lawyers fax me a copy of the settlement number, and borrowed money from family to repay the debt. I phoned Mark and he was very pleased to learn that I had contacted their lawyers and got a positive result.
If anyone can attest to being behind on debt, I can. Given the situation, debt nearly forced me into bankruptcy and that is not an easy decision to take. If you are in a situation where you need to consolidate debt, or are behind in payments, or even worse, being sued for old debt, do not hesitate. TAKE CARE OF IT TODAY! I am resting better and I will finally have another debt monkey off of my back so I can move forward with my life.
I am truly thankful that I spoke with Mark and would highly suggest speaking with them. Even though I did not use their services, Mark was an outstanding service rep and provided me with every detail I asked via email and telephone. All within the same day. I hopefully will never have a situation like this again, but we are all are carrying some type of debt. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The team at Countrywide Debt Relief LLC was always courteous and helpful via telephone or email correspondence. Most notably, Camy Leon. If I had any questions or concerns, she’d try to resolve it as soon as possible. I recently moved from Los Angeles to Louisiana last year, and was unemployed for nine months. Camy was able to postpone payments until I found a job. It was a huge relief when she obtained the approval! I really appreciated that she went the extra mile. I wish more people in any industry, would follow her lead. I felt as if I was her only client at times, considering all the time and effort she’d put into my case. I hope her superiors offer her financial compensation for a job well done.
Moreover, thank you to Mary S. for negotiating my debt to half the amount owed! You are a rock star! It is a wonderful feeling not having looming debt over one’s head. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards you and your excellent team.
I first spoke to Nelson initially, he told me he did not want to hear from me again, once my debt was paid off. He had former clients return due to additional credit card debt. I’ve been living on a cash basis for the past two plus years, so I don’t spend beyond my means. It’s been difficult, since I was a consummate shopper for many years. Lesson learned.

First time I called, I was a little skeptical, I found out about them from a flyer in my junk mail pile, so I waited. Then the day before I had to put some court papers in because of a credit card suing me I called them, and countrywide debt relief was able to handle everything from there. I made payments to the company and they took care of court papers and my creditor. I had less then 2 days to handle to court order and they were able to stop all charges

A little background about myself: I chose to be a single mother at 20 years old, graduated from college at 23 and worked hard to become independent and debt free. My husband and I had a bunch of credit cards that went unpaid while we were in financial trouble. After we recovered our footing, the debts had more than tripled with penalties and fees. We always wanted to repay our debts but could not do so individually. We were referred to CountryWide. They first took care of an impending judgement right away and took on the rest of our creditors to reduce the amount due and settle. We had a workable monthly payment and they even allowed me to skip a payment if we had emergencies come up. We completed the program in less time than they originally stated (less $).
We are very please to have settle our debts. I would recommend CountryWide. They were very professional and delivered better than promised.

Countrywide did good job negotiating my settlement but their communication and how they took care of me after they took my money was less than satisfactory. Make sure you understand how they get paid, its kinda hidden in payments. Over all pretty happy, but there communication and call backs. .. . Are Ridiculously SLOW! That in mind they did get me a Good settlement.

I found out about countrywide by my friend Jenny Montoya who is employed there. It has only been a little over a year and they have already settled two of my accounts and are working on the third. The fees are reasonable and the customer service is awesome! Would definitely recomend them to friends and family who are looking to settle their debt.
