History

Established in 1984.

Eleonore Dutkus, with more than 30 years in the legal field, became a trained Paralegal in 1982. By 1984 she opened an independent paralegal office in Santa Ana, CA. Since then she has owned and operated Community Legal Aid providing quality freelance paralegal services to attorneys as well as LDA services to the general public. With the enactment of Bus.& Prof. Code 6450 in 2000, Eleonore became a registered Legal Document Assistant in Orange County.

Since 1984 Community Legal Aid has been providing legal services in Orange County and the surrounding counties.

If I could give no stars I would. I called & spoke to the receptionist explaining my case. She told me that I would have to come in before they would even give me a ball park figure. She gave me directions. At no time did she mention that I should park in the rear of the building next door & didn’t have to look for parking (there is only pay parking available). I sat down with the owner & once again explained my case. She told me that she would not help me because my case was a mess (really…thank you for enlightening me!). She made sure to mention twice that she’s been doing this for 20 or 30 yrs. Thanks for not recommending someone else. That would have been an insult to my intelligence.
So, I drove 60 miles on 91 octane gas for your revelation! Priceless!
Update: That’s fine, but this is something that could have been said on the phone when I explained everything!

Eleonore Dutkus is great… she’ll make you feel at ease with any matter you may need her assistance with… and your first consultation is free. Check out her website… she does everything… and during tax season, she’s open late one day a week… she’ll even come in on a Saturday by appointment… but only during tax season.
She made me feel very comfortable, explained everything and asked all the right questions. She also gave me some very much appreciated advise. When you’re dealing with any legal filing, which can be an ordeal… and not cheap… you need somebody with experience & who will really take care of everything… and take credit cards… and she does all of that. Oh she’s also got parking in the back… so no need to pay for parking at those lots just across the street that will holler at you to park at their lot… thank goodness for that.
