It is a Chipotle. If you have been to one, you have been to just about all of them. It is a little small inside, but there is outdoor seating and if you have a group, some of you can split up and get a burger or a sandwich next door and then get back together. For the food, you stand on the opposite side of an assembly line and tell them what you want in your overstuffed burrito or on your huge salad, and built it as you go. Like more sour cream, ask for it. Hate beans, tell them to skip it.

This place made my day. The manager(I think) Javier was so kind and friendly. I got more than a burrito today, my day just got better

We all have those places that we don’t mind paying extra for quality & consistency. Chipotle is that place that’s consistently consistent for me when it comes to Mexican food! No other place has yet been able to master the art of getting me to pull out $ 9 – 12 for 3 soft tacos. NOONE. Dopio Zero in Huntington Beach on Main has my heart & wallet for quality, authentic legit Italian pizza(it’s OWNED&RUN by an Italian family for goodness sake!!) … Chipotle has my heart & wallet for some seriously good(albeit slightly Americanized) Mexican food… & it’s FRESH, non pasteurized, non GMO, etc! So what else did you want to know?

The last couple of times I’ve been to this chipotle it seems as if they’ve started skimping on the amount they serve you… Just like Panda Express where you pay a decent amount of money for the portions that they serve you… Today when I picked up my order it seemed as they gave me a pinch of lettuce and half a scoop of rice they also didn’t drain much of the liquid from the black beans because at the bottom of my bowl was all bean juice

I just came over to this location because dammit I really wanted my chipotle burrito and not for $ 11. I asked for the same thing as the other place and this guy knew exactly what to do. He charged me for a steak burrito and simply made it half steak/half sofritas. Perfect. Thank you!

DISGUSTING. I will never go back to this chipotle or any chipotle for that matter solely based on this horrible chipotle. The guacamole was rotten, brown and sour. The«green» chile smelled rancid and tasted just as it smelled. The lettuce was brown and wilted. What a sorry place. I have a 30 minute break ran there for lunch and cannot leave work again to return this sorry excuse.

Came in for a late lunch. The employees were nice enough but. I wasn’t given the usual amount of rice so I had to ask for more. And the veggies were almost out. So rather than asking if I wanted to wait for fresh. They gave me the tiny little scrapings left in the dish and then when eating it I discovered most were black and charcoal tasting. Uggh! On lunch hour so no time to go back and get it fixed. And on top of it two of the sodas were out. One of which was what I wanted. Guess it’s not my day!

Yeah, it’s fast food, but you see what they’re putting in your bowl/tortilla/taco shells, and it’s pretty darn good. The food is cooked throughout the day so it isn’t sitting around for too long. With the addition of brown rice and tofu, it makes this place a healthier option, although the food is still a bit salty. Surprisingly, the crispy taco shells are less fattening than the huge flour tortilla. For those who want to avoid the«sog» factor, the shells are tasty and light. Customize your food — mild to very hot. Add a little or a lot of the ingredients.

I love Chipotle, but this location kind of disappointed me. My burrito Bol turned into a Burrito Bol soup. Their tomato salsa(mild) was so watery and just not the right consistency a salsa should be. Maybe it’ll be made correctly next time.

First walked in and got stared down. The female workers were giving bad attitude and we’re bitch. The service sacked and they skimped our food. The Chipotle on golden west is far beyond this Chipotle at least they cared and gave genuine smiles.

I come here about once a week, and I rarely ever have to wait long in line. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is fresh, and the location is always clean. My ONLY complaint is that I used to order the steak all the time and sometimes it was good but a majority of the time is was gristly and basically not edible. I’ve gone to other chipotles and not experienced this issue. Still, I come back regularly– just not for the steak anymore.

So glad they brought back the carnitas. We have always enjoyed Chipotle but have not been eating here for a while. My wife and I love it but she only like the Carnitas and they stopped selling it for the past couple months but found out tonight they brought it back so we are back to enjoying eating here again. And as the 5 stars show it is good food. This particular store has awesome customer service. Thanks for a good dinner

I don’t ever write bad reviews but this chipotle is horrible. Wait was ridiculously long and they ran out of everything. I ordered a salad and they said they had no dressing. There were no beans, people were waiting in line for them to be cooked.

Management needs to figure out how to service the line going out the door which hasnt moved for 15 minutes. Why are there 2 employees just standing around watching food get made. This is an assembly line. Should be consistently moving. Food is good but employees here are horrible. Never again.

As I work my way through all of America’s most beloved guacamole-giving restaurant… I added this one to my list of Chipotles visited. It’s pretty small inside and has those odd large tables with stools that are attached to the floor. Great if you have a big group though. There’s ample seating outside though between their back patio and all the tables out front between it and Mother’s Market. There are a lot of businesses and therefore business people that frequent this one during the week and the staff are well-equipped to deal with that. I had probably 6 or 7 people in front of me and the line went very quickly and everyone was nice along the way also. Parking can be a pain sometimes I think because there are so many things packed into one shopping center but it’s still a pretty lot. If you’re craving a coffee/tea after you can walk right over to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for a pick me up!

I love chipotle! This location is geared towards the business lunch crowd as they move very fast to get you in and out. The staff is supportive and really helpful. The only reason I have it a 4 is that it’s not a cozy place to dine in as some of the others can be. Very cold and extremely loud as it’s a smaller store. This location is next to many businesses therefore it’s great for in and out but dining in you feel like your sitting on top of people just to sit and enjoy your meal. Check out the secret menu to order some amazing meals that are not on the reg menu.

Chipotle Main Street Santa Ana This is mu least favorite of the many Chipotle’s due to very little seating and no boots. Felt claustrophobic. the food was great

On my second order(6burritos), I mentioned my previous experience with them, that I got such TINY burritos with loose tortillas all over falling apart, and asked for FAT Burritos this time. They took the request nicely and gave me good fat burritos this time :) my food was ready to go in the bag, I saw LONGLINE during lunch hour, you can’t forget to fax in the group order ahead and let them know of the pick up time, and go right up to the cashier and get your food ! Although first experience with this store was disappointing, they were willing to take complaints and fix the problem. I will be coming back !

This location is located somewhat across from Main Place and is near the market. The food quality is very similar to what I’ve found at other Chipotles. You go in and choose how you want your food to be made, such as a burrito, in a bowl, as a salad or some other ones I forgot. You then choose your meat, and your fillings. Examples of some fillings are beans, salsa, lettuce and rice. You can pay extra for guacamole. I felt this location was a bit stingy on the amount of meat they gave but they were more willing to fill the bowl up when it came to lettuce and salsa and other toppings. They had a variety of Tabasco hot sauces on the side and there is place to eat inside. Overall I feel it’s just like any other typical Chipotle, except a bit stingier on the meat portions.

Terrible experience here which is not consistent with other Chipotle locations. First, they screwed up the Veggie Burrito. I told at least two people on their«assembly line» that I wanted a veggie burrito. When I got to the cashier after the burrito was rolled, I realized I never actually saw them put veggies on it. I brought this up to the cashier and the girl that rolled the burrito was like«Oh, I didn’t see any veggies either». Thinking that they would remake the burrito, the manager standing there asked if it was OK to pack the veggies on the side. What? Really? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of the burrito? There was a long line so I didn’t make a deal of it, but it was really unprofessional on their side. Second, the burrito bowl I ordered was barely lukewarm. Because of this, it may have been a bit spoiled because it didn’t go down well. Apparently this is a new location, but I would avoid it as they do not seem to have it together here.
