My parents had AAA for many years. I had made a payment of my homeowners policy via Credit Card over the phone. Called to make the second payment and they refused to work with me as I was tight on funds and in the middle of a job change. They are not flexible in working with their customers and their policy changes depending on who you talk to. I will be changing insurance companies.

Very disappointed with AAA. I have had them for 25 years for auto, homeowners, and towing, and was shocked when my homeowners went from $ 1267 to $ 1900 in one year. After talking to 3 different people I found out my claim for $ 1920 last year for a theft in my car(I even provided the police report which was a lot of golf equipment) was the cause. I have never made a claim for theft in 25 years and this is how they treat long time members. The claims adjuster last year even waved my deductible since I have not filed a claim before(which is why I am giving them 2 stars and not 1). I have had good service in the past and maybe they deserve even 3 stars but this latest price increase is unreasonable. A coworker also had a bad experience last year and also left AAA
