After a lifetime of exploring and discovering SW Florida’s natural resources, Captain Bubby has now turned a love for nature into a business.

Captain Bubby is a local resident who has been exploring and discovering SW Florida’s natural treasures for over 40 years.

Your guide is a trained docent and as a result thinks creatively and knows how to bring life to the stories and legends of the area.

Motivated to aid in the protection and enhancement of the area’s fragile ecosystems, Bubby teaches people their role in coexisting, ensuring the protection of wildlife, natural habitats and surrounding aquatic systems.

Bubby is one of only 1,478 individuals listed on the Honor Roll of Florida Master Naturalists.
