DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I went here about two weeks ago hoping to get my iPhone 5s screen fixed and give this place some local business. It took the guy about an hour and a half to fix it and everything looked good.
I took the phone home (10 mins away) to find out that it was shutting off and my front camera was not working.
I called and they told me to bring the phone back in. They changed the screen again and yet again my phone was still messed up. The next step was to take it to Apple which did not work because a third party touched it.
I took my phone back into The Biz again and they disabled my front camera, causing my internal speaker not to work (they did not tell me they were connected) they told me they would talk to specialist and give me a call back. Three days go by and still no reply.
To make this review shorter, I went in demanding a full refund and they pretended like they didn’t know me until I told Gary (who I was told was the owner) my issue. He then gave me the real owners number and it took her days for her to respond. I was offered the full refund but had to go out of town. When I returned, the owner said she could not give me the full refund, after I had already spend another $ 100 and $ 40 in gas to go back and forth into town and fix the screen at another business.
This place is completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to deal with anyone’s phones. Please save your time and money and stay away from this «business.»
