if i could give zero stars i would. i’m writing this review becuase i’m super upset about my order this morning. i asked for a small coffee and egg and cheese biscuit with a side of bacon. the girl i ordered from gave me major attitude and charged me a lot ($ 7 for what was supposed to be a small coffee and bacon biscuit.) i didn’t pay much attention or check my bag because i was in a rush to get to work in fresno. when i made it i checked my bag and all i had was a plain english muffin cut in half and a piece of bacon. i called the number on my receipt to complain and i was passed around to talk to three different girls. finally the last one i talked to answered «umm, so what’s going on?» i explained what happened and she told me to take the food back and get a new one. then i told her that i work in fresno and couldn’t go back until after work around seven and she said «okay well we don’t have biscuits at that time.» then she said just bring it back tomorrow morning. i told her i wouldn’t hold the food over night just to take it back in the morning (already in my upset voice). then she reluctantly said (i’m sure she also rolled her eyes too), «i guess just bring it back tomorrow and i’ll handle it.»
grrr, it makes me mad just thinking about it. for sure never going there again… not even to get my bacon biscuit, not worth it.

Agreed as others before. Would give no stars if possible. Order is never right. I think the employees try and see how many orders they can mess up. I avoid, only time I stop by are when the family really wants mcdonald’s.
Go to Jack in the Box. They’re better at getting the order right.

This place is absolutely the worst fast food place ever. They never EVER get your oder correct. The staff is extremely rude. They rush you all the time. They don’t listen which goes back to them rushing you. I would like to get in touch with corporate and let them know that this franchise has been sucking so bad for so long. I would rate zero stars if I could. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Zero stars would be more appropriate here. This location is a prime example of why fast food workers SHOULD NOT be asking to be paid $ 15/​hr! They can’t count back change, they NEVER get an order correct and they are rude as hell! The manager is the biggest douche I’ve ever met and in his own words, «this is the only McDonalds in this area so people will come here no matter what.» Here’s what I say to that, Screw him! I will find somewhere else to eat! My son only wants it for the happy meal toy anyway so we will either go to Fresno or we will go somewhere else.

Terrible service… we were asked to pull around to wait for 2 fish sandwichs. Waited and waited husband went in since we had also waited at the window, the manager told him he should not complain since it had only been 4 ½ minutes!!! Wrong it was almost 10 minutes!!! She was very rude…

This mcdoanlds is probably one of the worst. But for Sanger the only one besides the even smaller one inside Walmart. Food is always wrong and shoved in your face. Avoid it if possible

This McDonalds sucks! Nothing is ever right, it’s slow in drive-​thru and your ice cream orders and there melted having been made 2 cars ahead of you! Seriously worse McDonalds!

The service staff of this McDonalds is the worst. Perhaps in America. 3 different people took my order and it STILL wasn’t correct? Why should I have to place an order menu, & then have to repeat my order at the first window to be asked «oh you ordered that too» and the at the last window trying to fix my whole order. Nobody there seems to care about any kind of customer service. This is not my first bad experience at this Sanger McDonalds. The first one was when the girl at the last window got crazy with me and said «What MotherF…» Yeah. No more visiting this place until they clean up their act…

I would give it zero stars if I could. The service is terrible. On separate occasions both myself and my father were told to pull up to the next window to pay, even though we hadn’t finished ordering. Orders are consistently wrong because they are trying to rush us through and the food is cold. I would rather go to the McDonalds in Wal-​Mart to get my fry fix.

This place sucks massively. Bad service. They always forget to add something on your order through the drive through. Today I went and ordered a Mcdouble and a McChicken with a large coke. They actually got my order right! I was surprised, but like always disappointed. They did not provide any napkins or ketchup. They didn’t offer either. As a matter of fact the girl that gave me my order didn’t even tell me anything, at all. So I got mad and burned out and crashed. Long story short. If Mc Donalds wouldn’t have sucked my car would still be looking clean from the front end.

It’s McDonalds, the food is always the same, it’s the staff that makes a location. They are fast here, fries are fresh and all that, but a few of the staff members should cheer up. The AM Drive Thru girls are always freindly!
