Healthy Improvements opened in Denton in 2008, then moved over off of Swisher Road in Hickory Creek in 2009. In January 2010 moved to Sanger and is still located at the same address: 1640 West Chapman Dr. Suite 300 Sanger, TX. 76 266

We have continually been focusing on helping people improve the quality of their life and wellbeing since we opened.

Business Owner

I was born in Pennsylvania and grew up traveling the US and Europe (my Dad was in the military). I started massaging others at an early age of 8/​9, I have loved it from the start. After High School & College I then went to Massage School in Lubbock, TX. I have been a Licensed Registered Massage Therapist since June 2002.
