Chicken Express

this location is slowly going downhill on their service and food. we’ve been going here for several years and the past 6 months has been considerably stressing every time we decide on Chicken Express Sanger due to adding issues each time we do decide to stop and eat here. even calling in an order doesn’t guarantee any time saved. and whether you order drive thru, call ahead, or dine-​In the food and service is becoming more and more a disappointment. our latest adventure was calling in a fish and gizzard order. get there and we go inside and wait…42 minutes from the time the call was placed and we finally get our food Chicken Express Sanger PLEASE do something! otherwise you’re going to keep losing your once dedicated customers. consider this bridge burned. we’re not going back ANY MORE.

When inside to eat. No one person in the dining area. Waited over 5 mins. for someone to take my order. Never happened. Left. Husband went back inside to speak with the manager and the excuse was rhey were busy with the drive tru, two cars (drive tru) three employees not one single person in the dining area.

I really like Chicken Express. Typically, their chicken is very good and fresh. However, I recently went to this location, and the chicken was stale and over-​cooked. The service wasn’t horrible, but the staff definitely seemed uninterested in taking my order. I won’t be back.

This use to be one of our regular go to places for a quick lunch or dinner on the weekends today will probably be our last dinner at this location. I know the management has changed tonight there were five employees and the 45 minutes we were at the restaurant not one employee bothered to wipe down or clean off anything yet they had time to stand around with their hands in their pocket and I don’t know about you but I think there is something a little rude about an employee waiting on customers with a toothpick sticking out of his mouth. The food was just so so, the tea had a mildew taste but I don’t know if that’s Sanger water or if the ice maker needs to be cleaned. Next time we want chicken I’ll drive to Gainesville

I think you have a better chance of winning he lottery than your order being right. If you’re looking forward to waiting in the drive-​thru for twenty minutes and getting you’re order wrong, this is the place for you.

OMG I love that place the chicken is so good I love the tea if I could take 15 gallons of it I would and I like the nice service and the cleanliness of the place really nice! :D
