We did not have a good experience. They ruined an expensive set of uke strings that we asked them to put on, then offered to replace them at no cost to us. They replaced them with a $ 7 set and then charged us for them. We ended up getting the $ 7 back, but are still out about $ 20 difference for the high quality strings they ruined. Their quote was that «all uke strings are the same.» I prefer to shop local, but we won’t go back.

My husband just picked up a ukulele at a garage sale, and we could tell it was out of tune and had a few questions about it.
My husband took it in to the store and they offered to tune it for him right there and gave him a few suggestions about how to learn to tune it himself. We also got information about lessons for sometime in the future.
They were very helpful and friendly, overall, a great experience.
