Awful company. A statue and several large ceramic planters were destroyed in their truck. I can understand that items I packed in boxes could be broken, but their movers packed these in. I hadn’t signed up for their extra, expensive insurance, so they were only reimbursed at about ¼ of their replacement cost… and I only got that much because the items were heavy.
Additionally the movers were over half an hour late because they didn’t have my address (despite me giving it to the company twice).
Worst of all, I was quoted an hourly rate, and charged by the item. I was never given a receipt for my move. I feel completely ripped off by these guys.
The movers themselves were polite. But that is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this company.
I would NEVER use them again.
