I had an amazing experience purchasing a car at this location! Jacob Roberts and Marcus Erwin were fantastic!!! They worked together to help me find the perfect car. They even drove me around to other locations and dealerships to make sure that I had the opportunity to look at all the cars I was interested in. What customer service! :) They never rushed me to make a purchase; they wanted me to be satisfied with the car I was going to buy. In the end, I drove away in the perfect car for me and my family. Thank you so much!!!

I bought a car during the labor day sale. They promised an entertainment package after funding. It is now November, I have called them four times about the package. I have been told they ran out, it is in the mail, and that they Don’t know when they will send me one. If you can’t deliver on your ptomise, don’t lie to me.

Me and my husband just drive through this lot and I would NEVER buy a car here. The salesman, medium height blonde kid, was super RUDE and unprofessional. He was mocking us and then when my husband called him out on it he started bragging about how he was the best seller there and he didnt need any advice.

If you’re looking for a friendly staff, no bullcrap business, you need to go to LHM trucks and imports; they will make sure you are well taken care of. It’s under new management and the new manager is a NO bullcrap type of guy is very customer service oriented.
I’ve been in the market for a used truck, but with the pain I know it is to buy a new vehicle. All the stuff you have to deal with. I didn’t know where to start. My friend at work told me about LHM trucks and imports. As I rolled onto the lot, I was greeted by several sales people. I told them I was there to see someone specific. They let me pass. I went inside and was greeted by a sales (man). I told him I was there to see someone specific, but it looked as though the person I was there was super busy. So the salesman asked him if it would be alright if he could help me.
The first truck I saw on the lot, I knew I wanted. The sales (man) must’ve caught on, because he immediately took me over to and we looked at it. It was about 5 years old, so I expected there to be some wear and tear on it. But from first glance, it looked good. We took it for a test drive and it rode real nice. But knowing it’s not good to buy the first vehicle you see, I asked if he would show me some other comparable vehicles.
We drove to three other lots and I only found one other vehicle I was even remotely interested in. But of course it was under contract. So we headed back to the original dealership.
We negotiated about about 30 minutes and when I was comfortable with the price, which was about 15% off high blue book. I told him I was ready to buy it. I went in with my own financing, but the salesman asked if they could get me a better interest rate, would I be interested in financing through them. Well OF COURSE I would. The were about to get me 4% less on the interest rate then my credit union was so I went with them.
When I drove the truck home, I noticed a couple of issues, I hadn’t noticed before. So I took it to Riverton Chevrolet figuring it would be a minor fix. The told me it would cost $ 800 to have my truck repaired. I told my buddy at work who in turn told his friend at the dealership who called me that night and told me to bring it into the dealership and they would take care of it.
I brought it in the next morning and they put it in the shop, gave me a rental for the day and had my truck fixed at 3 pm that same day.
