Do not trust these people. I know someone who got a rv from them when they were“Fred’s RV World.” They went out of business because they were taking peoples money and not paying off the factory, switching serial numbers making the company think the rv hasn’t been sold yet. I also know they treat those dogs like shit and have personally seen them kick them when no one was around. This is all true can’t believe they are still in business.

My husband and I went in here looking for a travel trailer. We went in and they had their little dogs running all over, very cute, but I could also see this from another person’s perspective that the dogs were not so cute running everywhere and had more of the owners attention than the customers. They were friendly enough but not really into showing us stuff, they told us to go look around and nobody ever really came out to show us stuff. We ended up leaving without much more information than we went in with. They are friendly in there, though.

While the mechanic was competent, I suggest not having standard repairs done at their $ 100 per hour shop rate. They flushed my radiator fluid and at their rate and pace it cost $ 170. At a regular car/truck shop this would have cost between $ 80 to $ 90 tops. They have a lot of overhead to expense and it feels that way when you get the bill. But for RV specific trouble shooting the $ 100 per hour might be justified. The service was good but the cost is high.

If you are in the market for a camper pop trailer or the high dollar class A go see Steve at Freds RV and you will get a very knowledgeable salesman with some great insights and stories as well… They will work a great deal if you have a trade in and be upfront about the price of your new purchase.
