Welcome to My Watch Master, honest and affordable professional services! We inspect and diagnose your watch usually within a few days after we receive it. We will then contact you with the estimate of repair. If you decide to have us repair your watch, the repair balance will be due. You can pay your balance by using accredit card, Paypal, money order or check. Our normal turn around time for quartz watches is about 7 to 30 days depending on the job and if parts need to be ordered etc. Mechanical watches, retrofits and hard to find parts may take longer.

Your watch will be expertly repaired within or above factory specifications. We will carefully package and return your watch by USPS Priority Mail. Most repairs will be guaranteed against defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

Unlike most repair shops, we do not charge a fee for bench time. Our estimates and diagnostics are free and there are no upfront fees — you pay when your repair is started.

Our tailored services are designed to get your watch working at peak performance and looking great again! All repairs qualify for free ultrasonic cleaning & polish ($ 30+ value), free water resistance testing ($ 20+ value) and free functional testing ($ 25+ value).

You Ship it — We Fix it! Mail-​in watch repair is available.
