Check your order here, they’re batting about 50% for any«complicated»(anything beyond a chicken biscuit and fries) order. Other than that, food is OK, and what you expect from a Bojangles.

During construction I would stalk this place. As soon as I saw the arched entry I knew it was going to be a Bo and my little Southern heart cheered! There is nothing like a Bojangles biscuit. I dare you to find a better biscuit from a fast food joint that is made as fresh and buttery as a Bo-biscuit. My go-to is the egg and cheese biscuit. Who can resist an over sized biscuit topped with real egg, and cheese, not that plastic stuff other fast food places pass off as edible! If I need a little something sweet, their Bo-berry biscuits are insane! Buttery, fluffy biscuit with blueberries and sweet icing served warm. Yeah baby! Customer service at the drive-thru at this location is top notch. Everyone is always smiling, they use my first name when I pay with a credit card and they always offer additional napkins and condiments. Need a good, delicious and quick meal to go? Give Bojangles a try. You won’t leave hungry.

Food is great, service is a mess, manager yelling at employees, the staff appears to have had no training whatsoever, frustrating

I’m not sure why there are lower reviews but I DON’T CARE! This is by far the BEST Bojangles me or my fiancé have ever been too! We are regulars I would say, sometimes we dine in and sometimes we take togo, either way the food is always great and the service is just as amazing if not better! Each employee we’ve met there has an outstanding personality and the managers are also awesome! Coming from a restaurant trainer/manager for several years, I thoroughly appreciate the consistent good service and food!

I love this Bojangles. The staff is very professional making sure their customers needs are met. They keep the restaurant very clean and they are fast in the drive through.

This is the absolute slowest service. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for a good 10 min… WHY!!! Not sure if I will return… so ridiculous!

I can’t speak for their customer service, but I can sure as heck speak for their food! Being pregnant, I think anyone(even men) know about… «the cravings». Well, I had a primal hunger for fried chicken! Of course! This is simply my opinion, but I cannot stand KFC. Too breaded, chicken isn’t very moist, it’s just the«fast food version» of a southern favorite so I avoid getting chicken there. Popeyes is far superior to KFC, which is again, 100% my opinion. Popeyes has fantastic Cajun side dishes, do not get me wrong, and their chicken is still better than KFC’s but Bojangles really had me seeing the light. Firstly, Bojangles’ chicken is almost fall off the bone tender and juicy. I can whole-heartedly state that I’ve NEVER had chicken so good before, even home made. The pieces are a good size and the crust is thin, but extremely crispy and almost… buttery? The breading melts in your mouth, so it pairs great with the super juicy meat — which you’re more inclined to savor, because it’s so good and there’s nothing taking away from it! They have a great balance there, which I applaud. Too much breading and that’s all you can taste; too much chicken and you may as well not even bother frying it, right? It should just be baked! Moving on to the sides, the sides aren’t spectacularly Cajun like I’d hoped(if you’re comparing Bojangles to Popeyes!), but they’re still good. I must disagree with another reviewer, that rated a bit lower simply because the gravy wasn’t what they expected. Their gravy is more of a white, creamy but solid gravy, so it depends on your taste and what you’re used to, if you’ll end up enjoying it. Most Southerners are perhaps use to a somewhat thin, brown gravy, with bits of meat in it. This gravy at Bojangles is just as savory and full of flavor, it’s just more gelatinous and a different color. Once mixed into the mashed potatoes, it’s delicious. The green beans were also very good, cooked well, the only downside is I felt like they added too much smoke flavor. I’m unsure if they just wanted to give it that«long cooked» taste, but regardless I put some pepper sauce on it and was doing my happy-food-dance. Overall, the food experience was great and I was a very pleasantly stuffed, extremely pregnant girl! Will definitely choose them over any other places, if I’m close to one. Even Chick’Fil’a.

I rated this place high because you can get their biscuits whenever. I think Chick fila has a better spicy chicken biscuit but you can get it at 10pm baby. Bojangle is the illegitimate brother of Popeye. The plave has a different feel better fries but no red beans. The dirty rice is more hamburger helper. Popeye wins the sides battle but Bojangles has a better name and biscuit sammiches.

This place was awful. We went 3 times just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and have been disappointed each time. We had to wait almost 20 minutes the 1st time for out biscuits to be made, as they were having problems with the oven. They told us it would take 5 minutes. I was less annoyed with the 20 minute wait than I was with the fact that no one updated us to let us know it would be longer or at least throw in extra food or a gift card to make up for the wait. The food just isn’t that good to deal with the incompetence of the people running this place. They always seem to be out of something or having to make more of something that causes a 10+ minute wait or just screw up your order altogether. We will not be back.

Friday night 9:30pm, I find myself in the drive thru of Bojangles(my first time) due to a coupon I recieved $ 10.99 for a 8 pc with 4 free biscuits. I ordered 2 sides with it which were cole slaw(I’m a slaw connoisseur) and mashed potatoes with gravy. There were 4 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me, so this place MUST be good. The line moved rapidly and 10 minutes later I had my meal in one big bag ready to go. Their chicken is on the spicy side, crispy and the breast was juicy which is exactly what I like and their biscuits are large. Slaw was flavorful and tasty, but not the best, but did taste good enough to enjoy with the meal. The gravy is the only thing not desirable. Its coagulated, it’s more solid than liquid. Not a good match for the potatoes, next time we will try different sides. Excellent drive thru service!

This is the worst Bo’s I’ve ever been to. Screw up something on the order and a long wait every time.

Don’t know what took Bo so long to hit this particular corridor of the metro, but I’m glad they finally did. There is nothing quite like Bojangles as I discovered in 1978 when I moved to Charlotte. Price point is a little higher than some chain fried chicken joints, but I think it is worth it. That spicy kick and generally meaty, moist pieces are a step up. And $ 6.50 for a two-piece white box(breast and wing), a side, and a biscuit makes for a pretty filling lunch. Protip: Always go for the dirty rice. Second one: So much parking here, park for carry out orders, and skip the drive-thru. This particular joint seems to have gotten its legs after about a month of operations. As ever, that is down to the managers making sure enough trained staff is on, particularly to handle the lunch rush. But if they pay attention to that, there is every reason to expect Bo time to last a good, long time.

I love bojangles first of all. This is not a review against their food. I came to this location twice on their first day of business. 1st for breakfast, OK experience. They said my fries would be 2 minutes but it took over 10. Then in the evening when coming home from work with my hubbs. Ordered a 12 piece dark meat. Received 4BREASTS4 thighs and 4 legs. Should have been 6 thighs and 6 legs, the biscuits were crumbled up, and they put salt on my fries. There were so many people working inside, you could see them walking over each other through the window, and so many people just standing around. Looked chaotic from my view. They need to cut down on staff to be more effecient, and listen to what the customer orders. I will be back though.

Been to the new one 3 times since they opened and they have messed up my order each time. My patience wears very thin. They forgot biscuits in our boxes two times and all three times they have been out of barbecue sauce. You can’t Forget the biscuits when that’s the main reason people go And when I ordered a sweet tea and drive off and realized they gave me a Sierra mist. How do you mess up arch time. And have also messed up by not giving me the correct side and just giving me fries. They twice now have given me home style when I order supreme and I have to wait for them to cook the supreme. So it seems as though they are out of supreme and try to sneak homestyle by me. SMH. It’s not rocket science people.

«If your reviews are sounding like essays, start a blog. I can’t read your life story on my phone before ordering from the menu.» [Time & Date of visit]: Late weekday lunch, 2ish. [Party Size]: 1 [Location/Ambiance]: Parking: Don’t let the number of cars in the parking lot confuse you at the moment, I believe those are just the employees vehicles to make it seem like a «packed house». Inside: I feel like they are still running on the grand opening high, there’s just so many employees behind the counter. As well as GM’s and managers in polo shirts and slacks checking for everything. The wait line is mid high wooden wall, spaced out enough so that you can view the electronic menu on the tv displays. Though the last two to the left weren’t turn on, so maybe they didn’t have the full menu up or the items to serve it. Along side the counter is a glassed food heater with the various items sitting underneath. I don’t think, just for today, that it sat there long as items were moving fairly quickly. The dining area is spacious and open. Multiple tables for two-four are littered in the middle with booths made for groups of four– maybe 6, run alongside the walls. There are two tv’s, mounted in the corners of the wall of the front entrance. A self serve beverage station, with coffee and tea /sweet tea are right near the end of the order counter. As well as a condiments and napkins station. [Service]: Upon arriving there was at least about 4 – 5 cars in line waiting at the drive though menu to place their orders, so maybe this was in between the«cooked every 20 mins». One car was able to move up as I walked into the store. Inside, the wait lines moved fairly quickly. I believe I really only stood for like 2 minutes. The cashier asks before taking your order if you are doing take out or dine in. Your copy of the receipt is placed on the tray that is shuffled down for the employees to plate your order like an assembly line. Try to remember what you ordered, since they don’t give you the receipt and do not provide a order # to you. Beverages, condiments, silverware, and napkins are self serve. [Food Highlights]: 2 piece fried chicken dinner w/2 fixings: Well, if anyone has been to any Bojangles before, hopefully they can chime in. I’ve only had their breakfast. The fried chicken is pretty good. The meat is consistent for the two pieces I had. Moist on the inside. The batter is slightly salty, but crispy with out being over cooked. The biscuit reminds me of Mrs Winners, buttery on the outside and flaky on the inside. The sides didn’t really impress me, but I wasn’t expecting much. I ordered the usual when I go to Popeyes. Dirty Rice: Typical cajun style, though missing a little something. So-so. Mashed Potatoes: A little meh. The gravy didn’t do much. Just ok. [Total Bill w/Tip & Tax]: 6.30 {Summary}: It’s cool to know that there are more choices opening up for the upper side of Roswell road for something fast. Besides the Moes and Chick-Fi-la, I don’t think there’s really any other places that have a drive through. The Wendy’s has yet to begin construction if it will ever be repaired. Food wise, I think Popeyes has a leg(along w/a wing & breast) up on Bojangles as for the taste of fried chicken goes. I will update for consistency or improvements as they shift from grand opening and normal work flow. So far, this place is ok.
