All About You A Salon

After moving to Atlanta about 10 months ago I set forth to try to find a new hair stylist. I had been with my previous stylist for eight years! So you can imagine this has not been an easy task.
I tried several salons near me in Sandy Springs/​Dunwoody, and was never overly impressed. The two I kind of liked charged $ 55.00 for a trim… A TRIM! (At least one of them had free wine…)
Finally, I received Heather’s name and number from my boyfriend’s boss. His wife and her sister have been going to Heather for years, so I knew that would be a good place to start. On top of that, she only charges $ 35.00 for a trim. That’s a $ 20 savings!
I started out with her hoping she could give me a trim and fix the last bad trim job I had received (DO NOT GO TO ULTA IN DUNWOODY!!!)
After she was done, my hair looked much better and blended better than the girl who had hacked it a few weeks prior. I really liked how Heather took care of my hair.
In addition to wanting a new hair stylist who could give me the trim and layering I wanted, I have been really wanting to highlight my hair again. I am a blonde, and doing blonde color can get tricky if the hair stylist doesn’t know how to do it. You can burn blondes very easily, especially if you have very fine hair like I do. Long story short, I decided since the two other people who recommended this salon to me were blondes, I could trust Heather to do my color as well, and I am glad a did!
Today I stand a little blonder and have a nice cut that keeps me able to continue to grow out my hair.
Heather has had this salon for about a decade (if I remember correctly), and it is just her. You know she must be good to have her own salon and following of clients. She doesn’t serve wine, but I bet she would let you bring in some if you wanted! ;)
