History
Established in 2008.
We opened in September 2009 with a handful of weekly classes, mostly taught by Alicia, the owner of Yin Yang Yoga. We very soon added more classes, as amazing instructors were drawn to our studio. We soon added Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Donation Yoga, and $ 5 Funky Friday Yoga. In 2010, Twiford Acupuncture joined our family, followed by Nicole Wells Massage, and Selena Reames Massage. We grew out of our original space, and moved to The Historic Sandy Spring Fire House in 2012. We now have everything from Restorative Yoga to Advanced Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We offer specialty classes for Kids, and pregnant mommies! Pilates, and Hot Yoga is on our weekly schedule as well.
Yin Yang Yoga & Wellness now has 3 Acupuncturists, 3 Massage Therapists, and 1 Very talented Reiki Practitioner.
