The bank, at first, seems helpful (Sandwich). But once you actually need their help, the service level deteriorates fast. The head office customer service dept. is deplorable — phone center customer service is rude, oblivious, disrespectful & condescending.
Too bad, but typical for most banks these days. They want your money but don’t care about customer service — get some training people.
